Ziegler and\u2063 Shapley testified \u200dthat prosecutors initially approved of felony charges \u2062for\u2064 the tax \u2062years 2014\u200b to 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2064  <\/p>\n<p>Shapley said\u200b that\u200c as recently \u200das August 2022, prosecutors\u200b in\u200d the U.S. attorney\u2019s \u2064office in \u200bDelaware supported felony \u200ccounts \u200dagainst Hunter\u200d Biden for the years 2017, 2018,\u200b and \u200d2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2062  <\/p>\n<h3>The \u200dHunter Biden tax\u200b probe began with\u200c payments to\u2064 prostitutes<\/h3>\n<p>  \u200d<\/p>\n<p>Ziegler,\u2063 a \u2064registered\u2064 Democrat, testified\u2064 that he opened a tax investigation of Hunter Biden in November\u2062 2018 after reviewing \u200bbank records that &#8220;identified\u200b Hunter Biden\u2064 as\u2064 paying prostitutes \u200drelated\u200c to \u2063a \u2062<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-investigation-irs-whistleblowers-reveal-five-years-of-doj-stonewalling\/\" title=\"IRS whistleblowers expose five years of DOJ obstruction in Hunter Biden investigation.\">potential prostitution ring<\/a>.&#8221; \u2063The records \u2064also \u2062showed Hunter Biden\u200b spent &#8220;lavishly&#8221; \u2064from \u2063his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-jersey-man-sentenced-to-prison-for-fraudulently-receiving-millions-in-covid-small-business-relief-funds\/\" title=\"New Jersey Man Sentenced To Prison For Fraudulently Receiving Millions In Covid Small Business Relief Funds\">corporate bank account<\/a>, a \u200dpattern that Ziegler said \u200bis\u2063 a red \u2062flag for potential tax\u2062 fraud.<\/p>\n<p><a \u200bhref=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SteveGuest\/status\/1681722227413188609\"\u200b target=\"_blank\"\u2063 rel=\"noopener\">According\u200b to\u200b Ziegler<\/a>, \u200cHunter Biden filed false \u2064tax \u200dreturns \u200cthat\u2062 included improper\u200b deductions \u200cfor &#8220;prostitutes,\u2064 sex\u200b clubs, and \u200dhis \u200dadult\u200b children\u2019s tuition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> \u200b \u2063<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden\u200b deducted \u200bpayments to\u2064 his\u2063 &#8220;West Coast assistant,&#8221; who was actually \u200ba prostitute. Ziegler\u200c also said that \u2064Hunter \u2064Biden deducted a $10,000\u2062 payment\u2062 he falsely \u2064described \u2064as\u200d a golf club \u2062membership.<\/p>\n<p>\u200c \u2063 <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That\u200c was not \u200da\u200c golf club membership\u2014that \u2062was\u2062 for a sex\u2064 club\u200d payment,&#8221; \u2062Ziegler <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SteveGuest\/status\/1681749912566767617\" target=\"_blank\"\u200b rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> \u200c <\/p>\n<h3>IRS agents were warned against interviewing Hunter\u200d Biden\u2019s\u200d adult children<\/h3>\n<p> \u200b <\/p>\n<p>Ziegler testified\u200d that \u2063the IRS investigators were \u200dprohibited from interviewing\u200c Hunter Biden\u2019s\u2064 adult \u2064children\u200c about suspicious payments\u2064 they received from \u2064their\u200b father.
