I\u2019ve \u2063worked\u2063 with this\u2063 same \u200cgroup of \u200dclients before and\u2064 nobody\u2019s ever\u200d complained \u200dabout my practice. I\u2019m qualified. I \u200cdo \u2064my job well, \u200band \u200dit\u2019s unfair\u200d that \u2063you would withdraw this\u200b job offer,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>According \u2064to its website,\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/touchstonesupport.org.uk\/about-us\/quality-standards-and-awards\/\"\u200d target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Touchstone<\/a>\u200c received Stonewall\u2019s \u200b\u201cLGBTQ+ Inclusive \u200cEmployer\u201d Gold Award and placed in\u2063 the top 100\u200d employers ranking for 2023.<\/p>\n<h3>A Crucial Case \u2062for Christians<\/h3>\n<p>Ngole \u200dregards\u200b his\u200c case\u2062 as crucial \u2064for all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/two-scotus-landmark-decisions-week-especially-good-news-christians\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christians<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThings change\u200c when \u2064people\u2062 challenge \u2062the system. \u2063When\u2063 people \u200bdon\u2019t, the system \u200dwill\u200c keep going \u200cas \u200dnormal, and \u200dit will\u200b come [back]\u2062 to bite us,\u201d\u200c he said.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201csystem,\u201d of \u2063course, \u200dpromotes inclusion\u2064 only for those\u2064 who hold\u200c certain views.<\/p>\n<p>Christians \u2014 \u2062in this case\u200c literally \u200c\u2014\u200b need\u2062 not apply.<\/p>\n<p>But \u2063why\u2062 exactly?\u200b Nothing \u200cin\u2062 Ngole\u2019s words or \u2064behavior \u200csuggested that\u200b he \u200bwould\u200c discriminate against\u200b anyone. \u200bQuite the opposite, in fact.<\/p>\n<p>Ngole understands that true Christians \u200cact\u2064 from \u200d<a \u2062href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/op-ed-love-comes-first-christians-close-second-key-spiritual-growth\/\" \u200ctarget=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">love<\/a>,\u2064 not judgment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t have to\u200c agree with it,\u201d he said of\u2063 homosexuality. \u200b\u201cI know\u2064 it \u2063is wrong, but at the same \u200ctime, I love\u2063 them as \u200bsomebody who is in front\u2064 of me. I\u2019m not going \u200dto,\u200d you know, \u200cpromote their lifestyle.\u2064 I\u2019m \u2062not\u2064 going\u2063 to tell them \u200dwhat they\u2063 are \u200ddoing is\u2064 right, but I can still show them love.
