Kennedy, after House\u200d Democrats \u2063and their \u200csupporters \u200braised \u200caccusations \u2062Mr. Kennedy \u2062had\u2062 made anti-Semitic remarks.<\/p>\n<p> \u200d \u2062<\/p>\n<p>At a \u2062July 11 campaign event,\u200d Mr.\u200b Kennedy \u200bdescribed\u2063 research indicating that \u200dthe genetic structure of SARS\u2011CoV\u20112 had differing impacts on individuals of \u2063different races and\u200c ethnicities, \u200bincluding \u200da \u200clesser impact\u2062 on \u2064ethnic Chinese \u200cand \u2062Ashkenazi Jews. Mr. Kennedy also\u2064 discussed how \u2062bioweapons could potentially\u2064 be \u200ddesigned\u200d with \u200bthe\u2063 intent to harm certain ethnic\u2063 groups over \u2064others.\u2062 The New \u2062York Post\u2064 published\u2063 an \u200darticle based \u200don Mr. Kennedy\u2019s \u200cremarks, with \u200bthe headline\u200b \u201cRFK Jr. says\u2062 COVID\u2062 may\u2064 have been\u200c \u2018ethnically\u2063 targeted\u2019 to spare Jews.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u200b \u200d <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Kennedy has \u2064insisted\u2064 he\u2064 was not \u2063claiming\u200b SARS\u2011CoV\u20112 was\u2063 deliberately modified \u2063to \u200b\u201cspare Jews,\u201d \u2064as\u2063 the\u200b New\u200d York \u200bPost put \u200dit. Jim\u200d Jordan (R-Ohio)\u2063 on Sunday, accusing\u2063 him and\u2063 other House Republicans\u2063 of \u200ban \u200d\u201cantisemitic \u2063pattern\u201d \u200cof \u2062behavior\u200b and\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/biden-aligned-group-pressures-jim-jordan-to-disinvite-rfk-jr-from-government-weaponization-hearing_5404112.html\">calling for \u200dthem to\u200d disinvite Mr. \u2062Kennedy<\/a>.\u2062 House \u2063Minority Leader\u2064 Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) also issued a <a\u2064 href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepJeffries\/status\/1680631232076423168\">statement<\/a> \u200bon Sunday, similarly \u200daccusing \u200bMr. Kennedy of repeating \u2064a \u201cvile antisemitic \u2063trope\u201d and calling\u200b for\u2064 his remarks to be \u200d\u201cuniformly condemned.\u201d\u2064 Reps.\u2063 Debbie \u2063Wasserman \u2062Schultz \u200c(D-Fla.) and Daniel Goldman (D-N.Y.),\u2064 who\u200c sit \u2062on the \u200cHouse Government Weaponization\u200b Subcommittee, <a \u200dhref=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DWStweets\/status\/1680351424301989889\">also<\/a>\u2062 <a\u2062 href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepDanGoldman\/status\/1681296477203714048\">spoke \u2063out<\/a> \u2063against Mr. \u2064Kennedy\u2019s remarks.<\/p>\n<p>\u2063  <\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u200d Jordan rebuffed\u200c the\u200b Democratic pressure \u200ccampaign\u200c to \u2064disinvite Mr.\u200d Kennedy \u200con Monday. The\u200d Republican lawmaker \u200ddistanced himself from\u2064 Mr. \u200cKennedy\u2019s\u2062 remarks about \u200cCOVID-19 \u2062but insisted \u2064the \u200cHouse \u2064Government Weaponization \u2062Subcommittee \u200cwould still have him on to \u2064talk about coordinated efforts \u2062between \u2062government\u200c offices and \u2064social media \u200ccompanies to throttle \u2062speech.<\/p>\n<p>  \u2064<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u200d totally\u2064 disagree\u2062 with what he\u200c said, \u2064but \u200bhe\u2019s \u200da\u200c Democrat. \u2064I\u2063 disagree \u200bwith other things he said, \u2062too.
