Tiara Ball in the early \u200b2000s that \u200bthey\u200c almost crashed \u200bthe vehicle. \u200dIn \u200can \u200deffort to \u200bdiscredit the\u2062 man\u2019s claims, \u200dSpacey and his\u2063 defense \u200bteam have disputed the \u2063complainant\u2019s assertion that\u200b the \u200cincident took\u200b place \u2062in either 2004 \u2062or\u2064 2005.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>    \u2062<\/p>\n<p>According\u2064 to The\u200d Associated \u2063Press,\u2064 John \u200dand \u2062Furnish were \u2064both\u2063 called \u200das witnesses\u200d to support Spacey\u2019s \u2064assertion that he \u2062only \u2062ever \u2062attended \u200dthe party once, \u200bin 2001,\u2062 and that \u200bhe \u2062didn\u2019t\u200d show up in 2004\u2064 or 2005.\u2064 Prior to\u200d this, \u2064Spacey \u200dsubmitted \u200dwork schedules \u2063and \u200bitineraries\u2062 to demonstrate \u200bthat\u2064 he was filming \u200bthroughout the\u2064 incidents in\u2062 2004\u200b and 2005.<\/p>\n<p>\u2063   \u200b \u200c<\/p>\n<p>Although\u200c Spacey\u2019s accuser has\u200b admitted he may have \u200dmiscalculated the dates, he\u200b has\u2064 steadfastly maintained\u2063 that \u2064the purported \u200bencounter in \u200dthe\u2063 car actually took\u2062 place.\u2063 He\u2064 said that he\u2062 stopped\u200b hanging\u2063 out\u200c with \u2062Spacey\u200b after \u200dthat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>  \u200b  \u200c<\/p>\n<p>After Spacey \u200dgave his own\u2062 testimony \u2064last week, John \u2062and \u2063Furnish gave\u2064 their testimony \u200ctoday.\u2063 The four guys\u2063 who are accusing\u2063 Spacey testified in court as \u2063well. \u200bThe\u2063 actor\u2064 is now facing 12 counts as a \u200cresult of \u200dtheir allegations;
