But \u2062this\u200b app \u200dis \u200dalso filled\u2064 with \u201caffirming\u201d information about radical transgenderism\u2063 and is \u2062an aid to further the social \u2064contagion\u2063 of the radical LGBT \u200dagenda among our youth.<\/p>\n<p>On \u200bits\u2063 main website,\u200c Kooth \u200cexplains that \u200cit is intended \u2062as a well-being \u200bcounseling service for\u2064 kids to turn to for help delivered \u2062by psychologists and mental\u200d health\u200d counselors.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n \u2062 <\/p>\n<p>\u201cKooth\u2062 is here \u200dto provide\u200d safe and confidential \u2064online support and counseling. The \u2062whole\u2063 team \u200dis\u200b made up of friendly and experienced individuals who want\u2064 to \u2063help you,\u201d\u200b the site said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It \u200call sounds perfectly wonderful, \u200dof course. Having a place \u200dwhere frightened\u200d kids \u2062can \u200bgo to ask questions \u200babout\u2062 their mental\u200d health\u2062 that they\u2064 may\u2062 be \u200bunwilling\u2063 to ask of\u2063 people in school,\u200d home or church\u200b might seem to be \u200ca good idea. But parents\u200b in\u2062 the U.K. \u2063have found\u200c a \u2064major \u200bproblem with \u2064this\u2063 service:\u2062 It is being surreptitiously used\u200c to \u200cpush \u200bthe \u2063radical \u2063transgender agenda on \u200dkids.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of helping further\u2064 mental health, Kooth is pushing radical, left-wing\u2064 gender ideology \u200dand politics, according \u200bto \u200bMary Harrington of\u2062 UnHerd.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u200b \u200d <\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Kooth\u2019\u2062 bills \u2064itself as\u200c \u2018your online\u200c mental well-being\u200c community,\u2019 offering \u2018free, safe \u2064and anonymous\u2064 support,&#8217;\u201d \u200bHarrington wrote. \u201cYet\u2064 it is \u2064riddled with \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/beware-new-app-puts-your-daughter-in-danger-and-its-all-under-the-guise-of-mental-health\/\" title=\"Warning: New App Endangers Your Daughter, Disguised as 'Mental Health'\">highly politicized\u200b trans-activist assumptions<\/a> and leaves\u200b a \u200duser \u200cbase\u200c predominantly\u200c composed of \u200dunhappy\u2062 adolescent girls\u2063 largely free\u2064 to \u2064\u2018support\u2019 one \u200canother \u2064in\u2062 affirming and intensifying their shared\u2064 gender confusion.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Harrington \u2064added that the \u201caffirmation-only\u201d\u200c approach that \u2063Kooth \u200dtakes\u200c to push radical \u2063transgenderism runs\u2064 contrary to the recent Cass report\u200d on the\u2064 U.K.\u2019s National\u200b Health Service\u2019s gender\u2062 identity\u200b services,\u200b which found \u2064that \u2064the \u200b\u201caffirmative\u200d approach\u201d is a disservice \u200bto \u200cpeople\u2062 seeking gender altering and mental\u2062 health care.<\/p>\n<p>In fact,\u200c the Cass report in Britain\u200b is not\u200d the\u200d only \u200creport to\u200d determine that it is \u2063a bad idea to rush to \u201caffirm\u201d every person who \u200bthinks they \u201cmight\u201d be\u200b transgender. Much \u2064of Europe \u2062is beginning \u2062to push away from\u2062 the \u2063widespread and automatic\u2063 acceptance of transgenderism and \u2064is finding that for\u2063 most people \u2014 especially \u200cchildren \u2014 feelings of \u2062transgenderism or \u200cgender dysphoria \u200care temporary phases. So, \u200brushing \u2063to \u200bhormone therapy \u200bor \u2064surgical solutions is a \u2064disastrously \u200cwrong\u200d approach.<\/p>\n<p>Forbes, for instance,\u200c recently noted that, \u201cIncreasingly, European \u200bnations \u200dare\u200b adopting a more\u2064 cautious approach\u2063 to\u200b gender-affirming \u2063care\u2064 among\u200c minors,\u201d \u2064and went on to describe \u2064how countries such as Norway, Finland, Sweden, and \u200cthe \u200bU.K.\u200b are beginning to \u2063pull back from \u2064a headlong\u2062 rush \u200btoward medical intervention\u200d for\u200c trans \u200bpeople.<\/p>\n<p>The\u200c magazine\u2062 added that\u200d after a\u2064 decade of\u200b pushing hormone \u200btherapies\u2062 and surgical procedures,\u200c many European \u200dcountries \u200care finding little evidence\u200d that transgender \u2063affirmation actually\u2062 ends up leading\u200c to positive mental \u2063health solutions, especially\u200c in the \u2064long run.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut\u2062 caution with respect to gender-affirming \u200bcare\u200b for minors \u200cmay \u200dbe \u200cwarranted, \u200das \u200dEuropean experience indicates,\u201d Forbes\u2064 reported.\u200c \u201cA \u2064series\u2062 of\u2063 Europe-based systematic\u200c reviews of evidence\u200b for\u2064 the benefits\u2062 and risks of\u200d puberty \u2063blockers \u200band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/very-complicated-dr-rachel-levine-dodges-sen-pauls-issue-about-sex-adjustments-for-children\/\" title=\"\u2018Very Complicated\u2019: Dr. Rachel Levine Dodges Sen. This\u2064 is followed by\u2063 limited in-person assistance\u200c for the \u2062most \u200dacute distress, delivered remotely in\u2064 a \u2063chat window \u2062by \u2018Online\u200b Emotional\u200b Wellbeing\u2063 Practitioners\u2019: individuals who\u200c don\u2019t even need\u200b a counseling qualification \u200d\u2026 \u200cand\u2063 moderate \u2062the message boards and provide chat-window \u200d\u2019emotional support,&#8217;\u201d Harrington\u2062 wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Harrington added that this\u2062 \u201cnightmarish\u201d scenario\u200c makes a mockery \u2062of \u200breal \u2062counseling, which \u2063often takes into \u200baccount \u2062the \u200d\u201cnon-verbal\u200d communication \u200cwidely understood\u200d to play\u2064 a critical role in\u2064 an \u200bexperience of encounter and empathy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStarved\u2062 of in-person\u200b presence and \u200cempathy, nothing\u200b prevents the loneliness and misery of young girls being \u200bcolonized by \u200dthe disembodied and\u200c dissociative\u2062 one-size-fits-all\u2064 ideology of gender,\u201d\u200d Harrington\u2062 warned in \u200bher \u2063conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPromising \u2062a simple \u2063physical\u200d fix \u200bfor\u200b often complicated emotional difficulties, it\u2019s \u2064perhaps \u2062the ultimate bargain-basement\u2063 solution\u2063 for price-sensitive \u200chealthcare, in \u200can age\u200c that\u2019s\u2063 both overtly \u2062concerned\u200d with \u2018mental health\u2019 and\u2063 profoundly \u2063indifferent to \u2062what\u200c such health\u2063 would actually\u200b imply,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>In Harrington\u2019s \u200bestimation,\u200b the \u200bKooth\u200c app starts\u2063 with\u200d the\u200c assumption \u2062that any \u2064child who \u2064expresses any hint of\u2063 gender \u200bconfusion\u2064 must automatically be a \u201ctrans \u200bperson,\u201d\u200c and \u200dthat radical\u200b ideology is then \u200cfunneled at\u2062 the child full bore with \u2064no\u2063 regard \u200dfor that child\u2019s actual \u2064mental\u200b state.<\/p>\n<p>Parents \u200cneed\u200d to \u200bbe\u200c aware that \u2064this\u2064 dangerous\u2064 ideology \u200dis\u200c being pushed\u2063 on \u2062kids in many forms. \u2063It is\u2063 coming\u2063 from their\u200c medical \u200cestablishment, their schools,\u200b their entertainment, and \u200ceven\u2063 the apps \u2062they \u2063use on their \u200bphones.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2063 post <a \u2062rel=\"nofollow\" \u2062href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/beware-new-app-puts-daughter-danger-guise-mental-health\/\">Beware:\u200d New App\u200b Puts Your\u200c Daughter in \u200cDanger, And It&#8217;s\u200c All Under\u2062 the Guise of &#8216;Mental Health&#8217;<\/a>\u2063 appeared\u2062 first on\u200c <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\">The Western Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parents must be vigilant about the infiltration of the radical transgender and gay agenda through a seemingly innocuous smartphone app called Kooth.
