Now He\u2019s Suing.\">racial preferences<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-justice-department-scraps-investigation-into-yales-discriminatory-admissions-process\/\" title=\"Biden Justice Department Scraps Investigation Into Yale\u2019s Discriminatory Admissions Process\">college admissions<\/a> was \u2063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/psaki-refuses-to-guarantee-that-taxpayer-money-in-stimulus-bill-wont-go-toward-abortions\/\" title=\"Psaki Refuses To Guarantee That Taxpayer Money In Stimulus Bill Won\u2019t Go Toward Abortions\">correctly decided<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2064  <\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a \u2064href=\"https:\/\/handsoffmyrewards.com\/?utm_source=freebeacon&#038;utm_medium=advertising&#038;utm_campaign=2023\" \u2063target=\"_blank\"\u200c rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p> \u200d \u2062  <\/p>\n<p><a \u200bhref=\"https:\/\/handsoffmyrewards.com\/?utm_source=freebeacon&#038;utm_medium=advertising&#038;utm_campaign=2023\" target=\"_blank\" \u200crel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p> \u2062\u200b <\/p><\/div>\n<p>  \u200c<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/biden_administration\/supreme_court_s_affirmative_action_ruling_approved_by_most_voters\" \u2064target=\"_blank\" \u200crel=\"noopener\">Rasmussen poll<\/a> \u2064released \u2063Monday, 65 \u2062percent\u2063 of \u200dlikely U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/putin-signs-law-effectively-making-himself-president-for-life\/\" title=\"Putin Signs Law Effectively Making Himself \u2018President For Life\u2019\">voters approve<\/a> of \u200bthe Court\u2019s <a \u200bhref=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/columns\/the-colorblind-constitution-prevails\/\"\u2062 target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decision<\/a>, \u2064including \u206249 percent who\u2064 &#8220;strongly approve.&#8221; Even\u200b as President Joe Biden <a \u2064href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/watch-biden-trashes-scotus-after-affirmative-action-decision\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u2062 rel=\"noopener\">denounced<\/a> the Court\u2019s \u2064ruling, 52 \u200bpercent \u200dof Democrats \u200bsaid they supported the\u200c decision, with only 39 percent \u2063opposed.<\/p>\n<p>  \u2064<\/p>\n<p>Only\u2062 28 \u200dpercent of \u200clikely voters \u200cexpressed disapproval, with 16 percent saying they &#8220;strongly disapproved.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> \u200d <\/p>\n<p>Less than one-fifth of \u200drespondents said that they\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/poll-two-thirds-support-supreme-courts-affirmative-action-decision\/\" title=\"Poll: Majority Backs Supreme Court's Affirmative Action Ruling\">thought affirmative action \u200cpolicies<\/a>\u200d had \u200dbeen successful.<\/p>\n<p> \u200b <\/p>\n<div>\n \u2064   <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/handsoffmyrewards.com\/?utm_source=freebeacon&#038;utm_medium=advertising&#038;utm_campaign=2023\" \u2063target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p> \u200d \u2063  \u2063<\/p>\n<p><a\u200d href=\"https:\/\/handsoffmyrewards.com\/?utm_source=freebeacon&#038;utm_medium=advertising&#038;utm_campaign=2023\"\u200c target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>  \u2063<\/p><\/div>\n<p>  \u200b<\/p>\n<p>The\u2062 newly\u200d released survey is \u200chardly an outlier. An <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/media\/on-affirmative-action-media-once-again-prove-they-have-no-idea-what-black-people-think\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Economist<\/em>\/YouGov\u200b survey<\/a> published\u200d earlier\u200b this \u2062month\u2063 found that 59 percent\u200b of Americans \u2063agreed with\u200b the \u200bCourt\u2019s decision. \u2063While \u200dthe \u2064<a \u200chref=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/media\/on-affirmative-action-media-once-again-prove-they-have-no-idea-what-black-people-think\/\" target=\"_blank\" \u2064rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> \u200dwere quick \u2062to portray\u200c the decision \u2064as racist, this survey also\u200d found that pluralities of \u2064blacks \u200cand \u200dHispanics supported the\u200c decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u2063  <\/p>\n<p>Prior to\u200b the\u2062 Court\u2019s \u200ddecision, the \u200b<a \u200bhref=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/courts\/supreme-court-affirmative-action\/\"\u2062 target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vast \u200cmajority of Americans<\/a>, including most \u200cDemocrats, believed that universities should not consider race as a factor\u200d in college admissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nearly 65% of Americans, as per a recent Rasmussen poll, support the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision to eliminate racial preferences in college admissions.
