Furthermore, her team \u2064argues\u200d that \u2062these ballots were \u200dunreadable.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u2063   \u200d <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The ballot-on<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kari-lake-files-new-election-appeal-to-arizona-supreme-court\/\" title=\"Kari Lake appeals election to AZ Supreme Court.\">-demand\u2062 printer\u2062 investigation\u200d report<\/a> \u2064by \u200bformer Chief\u2063 Justice McGregor (&#8216;the\u200d McGregor Report&#8217;) found\u200c that &#8216;four\u2062 printers \u2062randomly\u2062 printed\u2063 one\u200c or\u200c a\u2062 few\u200d &#8216;fit to page&#8217; \u200dballots in\u200c the middle \u2063of printing\u200d a batch of ballots \u200c&#8230; [n]one\u2063 of\u2064 the\u2064 technical people \u2062with\u2062 whom\u2062 we\u200c spoke could\u200d explain how or\u200c why that error occurred,'&#8221; \u200dstates the appeal.<\/p>\n<p> \u200d <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> \u200c\u2063 <\/p>\n<p>An\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/forensics-experts-offer-new-theory-about-tiger-woods-crash\/\" title=\"Forensics Experts Offer New Theory About Tiger Woods Crash\">expert witness<\/a> for \u200cLake, a\u200b former Fox\u200b affiliate\u2063 anchor, \u200dtestified \u200cthat \u200dthis \u200d&#8221;error&#8221; could \u200bonly \u200dbe the result\u2063 of\u200c malware \u2062or remote \u200daccess, \u200dleading to at least 8,000 \u200cmisconfigured ballots,\u2062 most of\u2064 which were neither duplicated nor counted.<\/p>\n<p>\u2062  <\/p>\n<p>The \u2062defendants\u2064 in the\u2062 case, including Maricopa County \u2064officials\u200d and \u200dthe\u200c Arizona\u200b secretary \u200bof \u2062state&#8217;s office, have not\u2064 publicly\u200b responded\u2064 or\u200b filed\u200d any documents\u200c in relation to\u2062 the case.<\/p>\n<p> \u200c <\/p>\n<h2>Courts \u2062Show \u2062Limited\u2064 Interest<\/h2>\n<p> \u2064 <\/p>\n<p>Although several of \u2063Lake&#8217;s \u2063legal \u200cchallenges \u200dhave been\u2064 rejected\u200b by \u200dstate \u200bcourts, \u200bshe\u200b has expressed\u2064 her\u2062 willingness\u200b to \u2062take\u2062 her\u2064 lawsuit to the U.S. Supreme Court\u200d if\u2063 necessary. However,\u200b the highest \u200bcourt\u2063 has \u2064shown little\u200b interest\u200d in taking \u2062up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-says-election-challenges-not-over-as-electoral-college-vote-looms\/\" title=\"Trump Says Election Challenges \u2018Not Over\u2019 as Electoral College Vote Looms\">election challenges<\/a> \u2062since late 2020.<\/p>\n<p>  \u200b<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I \u200bbelieve\u2063 this\u2064 is\u2064 our best hope for election \u200breform: my \u200dcase,&#8221;\u2063 Lake\u200d said \u2064in \u200da\u200c recent\u200c interview.\u200b &#8220;We have the truth on\u200c our \u2064side.\u200b We \u2063have tons\u2062 of \u200cevidence. Yes,\u200d we haven&#8217;t received \u200da\u2064 favorable \u2064ruling from\u2062 a judge \u2064yet,\u200d but\u200c it\u200b takes\u2064 a \u2062lot \u2063of \u2063courage to make\u200d the \u2064right decision\u200c in this \u200ccase.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u2063  <\/p>\n<p>Lake has never conceded\u200c the race to\u200d Democrat\u200b Gov. \u200dKatie Hobbs, who\u200c took\u2062 office\u200b earlier\u200d this year.\u2063 Additionally, in \u200dmedia \u200dinterviews, \u2062Lake has\u200b hinted\u2062 at the \u2062possibility of running for the U.S. \u200bSenate seat currently \u200bheld by former\u200c Democrat\u200b Sen.\u2062 Kyrsten \u200cSinema\u200b (I-Ariz.), potentially \u200dcreating\u2064 a \u2063three-way race between Lake, \u200bSinema,\u200d and\u200d Rep.
