On the \u200cother \u200bhand, only\u200b 31 \u200dpercent\u200d firmly \u2064believe \u200bthat it should not be a \u200ccrime.\u2064 The remaining 25 percent \u200ceither chose not \u2063to answer or\u200c claimed\u2062 to be unsure.<\/p>\n<p>The numbers were\u2064 slightly different for respondents aged \u206435 \u2063to \u200d44. In \u200cthis age group,\u200b 38 percent\u2064 support the idea of \u2063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/using-wrong-pronouns-should-be-criminal-offense-say-almost-half-of-millennials-survey-2\/\" title=\"Almost half of millennials believe that using incorrect pronouns should be considered a \"criminal offense,\" according to a survey.\">making\u2062 misgendering\u200d illegal<\/a>,\u200d while\u2063 35\u2064 percent oppose\u200b it.\u2062 The remaining 26\u200d percent\u2064 did not\u2064 take a stance\u200b on\u2063 the \u200dissue.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, the survey \u200brevealed that\u200b those \u2063between \u2062the ages of 18 \u2062and 24 were\u200c not\u200d in\u200d favor of criminalizing\u2064 misgendering. The survey \u2063also\u2063 included Generation Z, \u200bwhich encompasses \u200cthose\u2063 born between \u20641997 and 2012, although\u200d the sample only \u200cincluded\u2062 individuals\u2062 who \u200bwere 18\u2064 and\u200b older.<\/p>\n<p>When \u200dit \u200bcomes to\u200b addressing individuals who have chosen\u2062 to \u2062reject their\u2063 biological \u200cgender \u2063in favor of\u2063 their\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ted-cruz-comes-out-swinging-for-fired-disney-star-gina-carano\/\" title=\"Ted Cruz Comes Out Swinging For Fired Disney Star Gina Carano\">preferred pronouns<\/a>, the \u200bsurvey found\u2064 that \u2064respondents\u200d were largely trying \u200cto be\u200d respectful and considerate.<\/p>\n<p>37\u200b percent \u2063of\u200b those\u200c surveyed \u2064said \u200dthey would use\u2064 the\u2063 pronoun \u2064choice preferred by a\u200c man \u200cwho\u2063 identifies as \u200bfemale.
