The lawsuit alleges that Perry\u2019s business has suffered as a result.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cPerry has suffered and will continue to suffer substantial damage to her business in the form of diversion of trade, loss of profits, and a diminishment in the value of her designs and art, her rights, and her reputation,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.cacd.891125\/gov.uscourts.cacd.891125.1.0_2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This is just the latest headache to hit the company in the past few months. In May, a group of bipartisan lawmakers asked the Securities and Exchange Commission to ensure that the company did not use forced labor from China\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/brutish-tactics-chinas-uyghurs-suffer-now-turned-new-group-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uyghur Muslims<\/a> to make their products.<\/p>\n<p>But this latest charge against the company has a more direct effect on Americans, as the alleged copyright infringements by the company could threaten the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/uk-surrenders-brexit-red-line-will-allow-eu-court-final-say-in-northern-ireland\/\" title=\"UK Surrenders Brexit Red Line, Will Allow EU Court Final Say in Northern Ireland\">economic integrity<\/a> of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>It appears that Shein is not only stealing the designs from these designers, but they are then selling them back to unsuspecting Americans, thereby depriving the actual American designers of the business and money that they deserve.<\/p>\n<p>If this allegation is true, then this is the latest attempt at a covert Chinese operation to weaken the United States.<\/p>\n<p>As China takes a more aggressive stance toward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/war-looming-china-taiwan-30-chinese-flyovers-single-day-1-us-military-move-troubling-signs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taiwan<\/a>, it is becoming increasingly likely that the United States and China will find themselves at war with each other in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, the Chinese appear to be doing all that they can to prepare for the possibility of an armed conflict, and they have taken some drastic actions to do so.<\/p>\n<p>The most egregious example of this is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/troubling-report-chinese-spy-balloon-successfully-gathered-key-military-intel-flew-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spy balloon<\/a> that recently flew across the country, possibly collecting intelligence on the country for the Communist Party to use in the event of a war.<\/p>\n<p>But China has also taken more covert measures to weaken the country. The best example of this is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-red-state-first-announce-complete-ban-tiktok-expected-go-affect-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-professors-sue-abbott-over-tiktok-ban-at-state-universities\/\" title=\"Texas professors file lawsuit against Governor Abbott over TikTok ban at state universities.\">popular social media app owned<\/a> by the CCP that is allegedly harvesting the data of its American users.<\/p>\n<p>While TikTok and the spy balloon are acts of espionage, the Chinese are also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/anti-semites-lose-federal-court-upholds-arkansas-anti-bds-law\/\" title=\"Anti-Semites Lose: Federal Court Upholds Arkansas Anti-BDS Law\">waging economic warfare<\/a> on the United States.
