It should be purely economic.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dimon said the trillions in spending by the Biden administration is causing inflation and that if he was in charge of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-biden-gets-torched-live-fox-news-graphics-shows-truth-bidenomics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economy<\/a>, he would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jpmorgan-ceo-and-dem-donor-jamie-dimon-slams-biden-again-now-its-bidenomics\/\" title=\"JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon criticizes 'Bidenomics' once more.\">support free enterprise \u201cgrowth policies<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI think when they write books about this 10 years from now, a lot is going to be about how it didn\u2019t work,\u201d Dimon said, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/2023\/07\/13\/jamie-dimon-bidenomics-dimonomics-president-2024-biden-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fortune<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The bank executive has not been shy about criticizing the Biden administration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Last fall, he panned the administration\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-admin-announces-student-loan-forgiveness-804000-borrowers-via-39-billion-fix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">student loan forgiveness<\/a> plan as \u201cbadly done,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/biden-student-loan-debt-forgiveness-badly-done-jpmorgan-jamie-dimon-2022-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Business Insider<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cI wish they had targeted the people who actually needed help. \u2026 They still haven\u2019t fixed the underwriting and they haven\u2019t fixed the cost of college,\u201d Dimon said.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWe basically put a Band-Aid on, spent a lot of money and didn\u2019t fix the problem which will now be ongoing.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In March 2022, Dimon met with Biden and urged him to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/german-inflation-hits-highest-level-since-fall-of-berlin-wall-growth-forecasts-cut-in-half\/\" title=\"German Inflation Hits Highest Level Since Fall of Berlin Wall, Growth Forecasts Cut in Half\">bolster energy security<\/a> in the U.S. and Europe, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/03\/23\/business\/dimon-energy-biden-russia-ukraine\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He was also among the Wall Street executives who met with Lael Brainard, Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kudlow-trump-was-a-brilliant-consequential-president\/\" title=\"Kudlow: Trump Was a \u2018Brilliant, Consequential\u2019 President\">top economic adviser<\/a>, during the shaky times this spring in the banking sector, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/03\/22\/business\/jamie-dimon-lael-brainard\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN Business<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Dimon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/04\/15\/jamie-dimon-other-jp-morgan-execs-donated-to-kyrsten-sinema.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">donated<\/a> to Sen. Krysten Sinema of Arizona, who was elected as a Democrat but has since become an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/sinemas-party-switch-already-making-libs-fume-1-releases-statement-first-challenger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">independent<\/a>.
