He later pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prime Suspect in Another Murder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He is also considered the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/flashback-recycling-obsessed-earth-day-founder-killed-composted-ex-girlfriend\/\" title=\"Flashback: Recycling-Obsessed Earth Day Founder Killed, \u2018Composted\u2019 Ex-Girlfriend\">prime suspect<\/a> in another murder, authorities said, according to the Associated Press. Friday&#8217;s charges included three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder in connection to the three women.<\/p>\n<p>Heuermann, who lived in Massapequa, New York, allegedly committed the serial murders near the town of Gilgo Beach over a decade ago. In 2010 and 2011, several of the victim\u2019s bodies were found on a remote highway next to the beach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\">Click here<\/a> to read more from the Washington Examiner.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators have been looking into the case ever since.<\/p>\n<h3>News Conference and Collaboration<\/h3>\n<p>A news conference is set for 4 p.m. Friday, with the district attorney\u2019s office, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/president-trump-pledges-orderly-transition-of-power\/\" title=\"President Trump pledges orderly transition of power\">local law enforcement<\/a>, the FBI, and New York State Police taking part.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rex Heuermann, accused of notorious Long Island murders, entered a plea of not guilty to murder charges on Friday.
