And when you do find it, there is added commentary pushing back on Trump\u2019s election-related comments.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Wire reached out to YouTube on Friday about the unavailability of the full speech, specifically asking why the outlet Right Side Broadcasting Network had their video of Trump\u2019s full speech removed from the platform, as well as hit with a two-week suspension.<\/p>\n<p>YouTube spokeswoman Ivy Choi told The Daily Wire that the video violated their \u201cpresidential election integrity policy,\u201d which was implemented on December 9.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"m_3146857736406047425gmail-docs-internal-guid-121ca037-7fff-ab37-a175-2ff3d37d554c\">\u201cWe enforce our Community Guidelines consistently, regardless of speaker or political leaning,\u201d Choi told The Daily Wire. \u201cIn accordance with our established presidential election integrity policy,&nbsp;which prohibits content uploaded after the safe harbor deadline claiming widespread fraud changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election, we removed this video from Right Side Broadcasting Network. Content featuring footage from CPAC 2021 that does not violate our policies or contains sufficient <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.youtube\/inside-youtube\/look-how-we-treat-educational-documentary-scientific-and-artistic-content-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/blog.youtube\/inside-youtube\/look-how-we-treat-educational-documentary-scientific-and-artistic-content-youtube\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1615042839227000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFDAPsAuNKYtR_KR9ah9_293-9Q_w\">educational, documentary, scientific and artistic context<\/a> remains on YouTube.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Google Support details the implementation of the new policy, which removes any content uploaded on or after Dec. 9 that suggests any past U.S. presidential election was fraudulent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn December 9, we started applying our Presidential Election Integrity policy (below) to the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, meaning we remove content that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election uploaded on or after December 9,\u201d Google Support detailed. \u201cWe have begun issuing strikes for new content that violates the policy uploaded on or after January 7, 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Under \u201cPresidential Election Integrity,\u201d the site stated: \u201cContent that advances false claims that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches changed the outcome of any past U.S. presidential election (Note: this applies to elections in the United States only). For the U.S. 2020 presidential election, this applies to content uploaded on or after December 9, 2020.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>After being notified that RSBN\u2019s video was removed, The Daily Wire asked YouTube about two other streams: SkyNews\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KJTlo4bQL5c\">video<\/a>, which hosts nearly the entirety of Trump\u2019s 2021 speech, and NewsNOW from FOX\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9kL9KiUNoZQ\">video<\/a>, which shows the entirety of the speech.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, both videos add moments of commentary at the end of the streams emphasizing that Trump did not win the 2020 presidential election, a refutation of his claim during the speech that he might run again and \u201cwin\u201d for the \u201cthird time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Choi told The Daily Wire the videos from SkyNews and NewsNOW from FOX do not violate their Community Guidelines, though YouTube declined multiple times to identify where RSBN\u2019s video of the speech violated the guidance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn background, the two videos you shared with us do not violate our Community Guidelines,\u201d Choi said. \u201cAs I shared in my statement, content featuring footage from CPAC 2021 that contains sufficient <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.youtube\/inside-youtube\/look-how-we-treat-educational-documentary-scientific-and-artistic-content-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/blog.youtube\/inside-youtube\/look-how-we-treat-educational-documentary-scientific-and-artistic-content-youtube\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1615128137467000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGU4mQAhMFz2yPJpuIRs1TinZ3DaQ\">educational, documentary, scientific and artistic context<\/a> remains on YouTube.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When The Daily Wire reached out to RSBN about the video removal and the ban, their claims aligned with what appears to be the YouTube standard on allegations: compelled speech refuting claims about widespread election fraud must be added in order to platform Trump\u2019s 2021 full CPAC speech.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur video was removed because we refused to give \u2018countervailing viewpoints\u2019 following Trump\u2019s speech,\u201d the outlet told The Daily Wire. \u201cEssentially they wanted us to go on air after he was done with his speech and \u2018push back\u2019 against his claims of election fraud.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rsbnetwork.com\/news\/rsbn-suspended-from-youtube-for-2-weeks-due-to-trump-cpac-speech\/\">post<\/a> published on Mar. 4, the outlet reported that they had been \u201csuspended from YouTube for two weeks, with live streaming and the ability to upload new videos revoked.&nbsp;YouTube has also removed the video from their platform, which at last check was approaching nearly four million views.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to YouTube, this is due to our video of President Trump\u2019s speech at CPAC, which violated their policies on election misinformation,\u201d the report added. \u201cAny further violations may result in the permanent suspension of our YouTube channel, which has amassed over 1.5 million subscribers.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
