You still cannot have marijuana on federal land (which includes Rock Creek Park, the National Mall, and area around federal buildings) or on the Metro system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last checked, buildings don\u2019t get much more federal than the symbolic epicenter of this country.<\/p>\n<p>A Secret Service representative confirmed to Fox News that agents had found \u201csmall amounts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/man-fails-find-marijuana-shipment-mailbox-now-sentenced-life-prison-innocent-mailwoman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marijuana<\/a>\u201d in both July and September of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>However, just like the ongoing cocaine scandal, it doesn\u2019t appear anything will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/secret-service-concludes-incredibly-important-investigation-cocaine-found-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ever come of this new revelation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo one was arrested in these incidents, because the weight of the marijuana confiscated did not meet the legal threshold for federal charges or D.C. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/loudoun-sheriff-closes-probe-into-anti-racist-group-asking-someone-to-hack-is-not-illegal\/\" title=\"Loudoun Sheriff Closes Probe Into \u2018Anti-Racist\u2019 Group: \u2018Asking Someone To Hack Is Not Illegal\u2019\">misdemeanor criminal charges<\/a>, as the District of Columbia had decriminalized possession,\u201d the representative told Fox.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a curious distinction given the exact verbiage that the ACLU employed in describing how marijuana is still not allowed in federal buildings \u2014 which the White House unequivocally is.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe marijuana was collected by officers and destroyed,\u201d the representative added.<\/p>\n<p>For the incumbent president, these scandals are only increasing what will already be a difficult re-election bid.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/its-not-just-cocaine-secret-service-reveals-another-drug-was-found-in-biden-white-house-twice-last-year\/\" title=\"Secret Service uncovers additional drug in Biden White House twice in 2021.\">staunchest political rivals<\/a> are seizing on this, ranging from general Republican disillusionment and anger with the whole situation, to former President Donald Trump outright asking if the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/media-say-bidens-female-led-comms-is-a-first-trump-has-that-now\/\" title=\"Media Say Biden's Female-Led Comms Is A First.
