However, despite the interest, the cars are not selling.<\/p>\n<p>According to Cox, dealers have a nearly three-month supply of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mr-bean-star-admits-duped-evs-gives-scathing-rebuke-lefts-push-drop-gas-powered-cars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EVs<\/a> compared to 54 days\u2019 worth of gasoline-powered vehicles in their inventory.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This is fascinating. Non-$TSLA EVs aren\u2019t selling. Teslemmings think this is evidence of the superiority of Teslas, which (according to every review) is not true. With 210 units in stock nationwide, that translates to a 350-day supply, according to Cox.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it had something to do with the fact that the car costs a whopping $82,000.<\/p>\n<p>Luxury EVs from other manufacturers also faced a similar situation. Models like Audi\u2019s Q4 e-tron and Q8 e-tron, as well as the GMC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/joe-biden-poses-electric-hummer-conveniently-leaves-2-facts-doesnt-want-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hummer EV SUV<\/a>, had inventories well above 100 days.<\/p>\n<p>These vehicles come with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/woke-killed-comedy-check-out-the-frightening-numbers\/\" title=\"Comedy Died Due to Wokeness (See the Alarming Stats)\">hefty price tags<\/a> that render them ineligible for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/alert-pete-buttigiegs-new-electric-suv-was-made-in-mexico\/\" title=\"ALERT: Pete Buttigieg\u2019s New Electric SUV Was Made in Mexico\">federal tax credits<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Imported models, including the Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Nissan Ariya, are also experiencing an accumulation of stock.<\/p>\n<p>Cox\u2019s inventory data doesn\u2019t include Tesla, which sells direct to consumers. It should also be noted that hybrid vehicles have much lower inventory levels.<\/p>\n<h3>Challenges of EV Ownership<\/h3>\n<p>Massive price tag aside, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ford-electric-truck-earns-rangeliar-nickname-road-trip-disaster-asking-money-back\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">range anxiety<\/a>, the constant worry about running out of charge and finding the next <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/numerous-electric-vehicle-charging-stations-rendered-useless-thieves-discover-new-way-cash\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">charging station<\/a>, itself can weigh heavily on an EV driver\u2019s mind.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lefts-electric-vehicle-hopes-and-dreams-run-into-wall-evs-are-piling-up-on-lots-with-no-buyers\/\" title=\"EVs are stacking up on lots with no buyers, dashing left's hopes and dreams.\">hours spent waiting<\/a> for an EV to charge can disrupt daily routines, impede travel plans, and potentially lead to frustration or dissatisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>These challenges associated with EV ownership can pose a burden on an individual\u2019s mental well-being, affecting their peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p>Most Americans buy expensive items to improve their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>A more luxurious car. A better quality washer.
