Sarah Huckabee Sanders of Arkansas took a jab at Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom after he claimed that Republicans should be &#8220;on their heels.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Newsom has been targeting Republican leaders like Florida Gov.
