Henry told the officer that he had driven to the dealership to get the flat tire fixed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile Henry was talking, I was able to smell the odor of unknown alcohol coming from his breath,\u201d the deputy recorded in his report. \u201cHenry had glassy and bloodshot eyes\u2026His gait was unsteady. His speech was slightly slurred.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Former Fox News reporter was arrested in West Palm Beach after police spotted him casually driving with a flat tire. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UDqmz03q2n\">https:\/\/t.co\/UDqmz03q2n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Radar Online (@radar_online) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/radar_online\/status\/1678479963060568064?\">July 10, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Henry proceeded to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/disgraced-former-fox-news-reporter-arrested-glassy-and-bloodshot-eyes\/\" title=\"Former Fox News reporter arrested with glassy and bloodshot eyes.\">fail multiple field sobriety tests including<\/a> the \u201cone leg stand,\u201d the \u201cwalk and turn\u201d and the \u201cfinger to nose.\u201d He swayed while he took part in the tests.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/video-homeless-man-saves-texas-deputy-from-deadly-crash-that-killed-woman-injured-children\/\" title=\"VIDEO: Homeless Man Saves Texas Deputy from Deadly Crash That Killed Woman, Injured Children\">deputy reported<\/a> that Henry was \u201ccooperative and polite\u201d and admitted to drinking two bourbons between 6 and 7 p.m. while at nearby Singer Island.<\/p>\n<p>The former Fox anchor submitted to an alcohol breath test, which showed he was just below the legal limit of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flhsmv.gov\/driver-licenses-id-cards\/education-courses\/dui-and-iid\/florida-dui-administrative-suspension-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.08 blood alcohol concentration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Henry\u2019s attorney, David Tarras, told RadarOnline that he believes that his client will beat the charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Henry cooperated with law enforcement during their investigation,\u201d Tarras said in an emailed statement. \u201cHe respectfully provided a sample of his breath that was below a .08, and thus below the legal limit in Florida.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Henry is being <a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/high-profile\/judge-allows-highly-graphic-sex-trafficking-lawsuit-against-ex-fox-news-host-ed-henry-to-include-new-claims-under-new-york-adult-survivors-act\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sued<\/a> by former Fox News associate producer Jennifer Eckhart, who alleges that Henry sexually harassed and raped her in 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/07\/01\/fox-news-fires-ed-henry-alleged-willful-sexual-misconduct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Daily Caller<\/a> reported Fox News fired Henry in 2020 after an alleged \u201cwillful sexual misconduct\u201d incident that occurred \u201cin the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ed-henry-sues-fox-news-ceo-alleging-cover-up-of-sexual-misconduct\/\" title=\"Ed Henry Sues Fox News CEO, Alleging Cover-Up Of Sexual Misconduct\">workplace years ago<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Hunter High as a Kite?
