That\u2019s the charge that\u2019s been levied at Hill, the 39-year-old actor and comedian known for titles like \u201cSuperbad\u201d and \u201c21 Jump Street.\u201d According to Brady and the TikTokkers, self-proclaimed therapists, media, and fellow thirst-trappers who came to her defense, Hill is a controlling narcissist and misogynist \u2014 all for the crime of allegedly asking his then-girlfriend to please put on some clothes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-846733475\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-03dd491083c70ddd25fd31046964fd42 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-03dd491083c70ddd25fd31046964fd42\"><\/div>\n<p>Specifically, Hill laid down some boundaries for his partner. Others say it\u2019s the actor using \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ashandasss\/status\/1678111452731953153\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">therapy talk<\/a>\u201d about \u201cboundaries\u201d to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@therapyjeff\/video\/7253609911475572014?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">control his girlfriend<\/a>.\u201d According to one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@therapyjeff\/video\/7253609911475572014?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">viral TikTok<\/a> from TherapyJeff, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.therapyjeff.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">describes<\/a> himself as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leading-trans-health-group-wants-to-lower-ages-for-medical-gender-transition\/\" title=\"Leading Trans Health Group Wants to Lower Ages for Medical Gender Transition\">licensed professional counselor<\/a>, Hill is misusing the term \u201cboundaries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA boundary is a healthy limit a person sets for themselves to protect their well-being and integrity. It is a rule or guideline that one creates to identify reasonable, safe, and permissible ways for others to behave towards them, and how they\u2019ll respond when someone passes those limits,\u201d the TikTokker said, claiming that\u2019s not what Hill did.<\/p>\n<p>Isn\u2019t it? To protect the health and integrity of his relationship, Hill established reasonable and respectable parameters for how his girlfriend was to behave toward him through how she acted toward other men. <em>Don\u2019t sexualize yourself for other guys or engage in other relationship-compromising behaviors.<\/em> And he made clear how he would respond if she didn\u2019t respect those limits. <em>I\u2019m not the right man for you.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-84ae3d553c672471d91250505aa77eea fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-84ae3d553c672471d91250505aa77eea\"><\/div>\n<p>Call it boundaries, expectations, standards, or whatever else you want \u2014 \u201ctherapy speak\u201d is all semantics. Communicating about do\u2019s and don\u2019ts in relationships is what serious adults do.<\/p>\n<p>But our resident TikTok therapist had more to say: \u201cSide note: I bet he loved how hot Sarah looked in her posts before they got together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the risk of sounding ambivalent about modesty \u2026 So? How women should channel their innate sex appeal is a great discussion for another day, but the operative phrase here is \u201cbefore they got together.\u201d As much as Brady\u2019s defenders want to appeal to her \u201cautonomy\u201d and Hill\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kamala-harriss-niece-sparks-international-headache-for-united-states-with-indias-government-report\/\" title=\"Kamala Harris\u2019s Niece Sparks International Headache For United States With India\u2019s Government: Report\">alleged attempts<\/a> to control or restrict it, the unavoidable fact is that when you enter a relationship, you check your unbridled autonomy at the door. Feminism said love yourself. If that means wreaking all kinds of havoc, your second \u201cX\u201d chromosome trumps the consequences. Unrestrained sex and unintended pregnancy? Abort the baby. Not happy in your marriage? Divorce him. Unfulfilled at home? Leave the kids with an underpaid immigrant and climb that corporate ladder. No boundaries. No bonds. Worse, it communicates lots of bad things about your priorities and desires.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, a man who\u2019s willing to say that tough thing is probably a man worth holding onto. Thanks in part to \u201ctoxic masculinity\u201d messaging and the militant feminization of America, a man who shoots for commitment and faithfulness, and communicates those aims in a straightforward way while proposing an amicable split as the alternative, is a rarity. Young men who hope for successful relationships with marriageable women should look to Hill\u2019s above text message as model communication.<\/p>\n<p>Which brings us to another news flash: Boundaries in relationships are a two-way street. Ladies, you should be setting your own rules. Does your man habitually text or invest emotionally in other women? Who are his confidants in the office? Does he value his mom\u2019s opinion over yours? Does he post thirst-trap photos or act inappropriately on boys\u2019 night?
