Matter of fact, your behavior gives chicken a bad name,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, he explained his frustration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve appealed to you all repeatedly, and only a few of you have recognized we do not need to keep sexually explicit books in our schools,\u201d he said, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/dad-tosses-chicken-feed-sc-school-board-afraid-explicit-library-books\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese books haven\u2019t been properly reviewed or they would\u2019ve never been in our libraries,\u201d Cook said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that his objections are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mom-says-filed-police-report-spotted-shelves-school-library\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">based on facts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA few weeks ago I referred to a study on the impact of pornography on children published by the American College of Pediatricians from June of 2016. Please read it. The scientific study is proof of the negative impact of pornography on children use it to justify recalling any books that you\u2019ve sent back into our libraries. It is within your power to refer to the study,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He later explained why he chose chicken feed, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/07\/06\/dad-throws-chicken-feed-school-board-sexually-explicit-books-south-carolina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Caller<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to my mother-in-law in Chile who lived under President Allende and does not support your behavior, it was explained to me there was no food and there were hard times in Chile. The people of Chile were upset with the military leaders that didn\u2019t take action. They started throwing chicken feed at the doors of the Department of Defense, signaling the military leaders were too chicken and too afraid to take action,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Cook might pay for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tearful-mom-begs-school-board-change-daughters-secret-trans-counseling-hulking-man-dress-steps-mic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">incident<\/a>, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.islandpacket.com\/news\/local\/education\/article277126403.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Island Packet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The school board is reviewing a resolution that would bar Cook from speaking before the board for the next six months, claiming his actions violated the board\u2019s rules for decorum.<\/p>\n<p>A draft letter that has not yet been sent claims Cook\u2019s action was a \u201cbreach of respect to the Board\u201d and \u201can actual act of battery against Board Members.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Board member Chloe Gordon said that to her, Cook\u2019s actions were \u201ca threat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t know what was in the bags,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Cook was among the parents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mental-rape-preacher-torches-school-board-reading-disturbing-book-allowed-district\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protesting the books<\/a> last fall, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.postandcourier.com\/hilton-head\/small-group-compels-beaufort-county-schools-to-remove-nearly-100-library-books\/article_42f08a80-5ac3-11ed-8e28-e74badc0d9bd.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Post and Courier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor those of you who speak about banning books, you speak out of ignorance, because if my child was in your home and you gave them one of these books, I would have you arrested and rightfully so,\u201d he said on Nov. 1.<\/p>\n<p>The post <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-fed-dad-flings-fitting-food-chicken-sc-school-officials-pushing-smut-kids\/\">Watch: Fed Up Dad Flings Fitting Food at &#8216;Chicken&#8217; SC School Officials Pushing Smut on Kids<\/a> appeared first on <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\">The Western Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A South Carolina parent expressed disdain towards the local school board by throwing chicken feed at them.
