The lively demonstration took place before the live broadcast on Monday, capturing the attention of onlookers.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Footage of the event posted on social media showcased the passion and determination of at least a dozen protesters picketing outside the studio from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Notable Figures Join the Cause<\/h3>\n<p>Joining the ranks of the WGA members were <strong>Rep. Jamaal Bowman<\/strong> (D-NY) and <strong>Federal Trade Commission Chairwoman Lina Khan<\/strong>. Their presence added weight to the demonstration, emphasizing the importance of the writers&#8217; cause.<\/p>\n<p><em>The View<\/em> has remained on the air despite the ongoing writers strike, which began on May 2.
