The idea of this \u201cGreat Reset\u201d was summed up by the infamous phrase, <strong>\u201cYou will own nothing and be happy.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now, speakers at WEF conferences are sharing the details of how exactly this \u201cGreat Reset\u201d will be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>During a speech at the WEF\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2023\/06\/annual-meeting-of-the-new-champions-2023-day-3-heres-everything-you-need-to-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions<\/a> in Tianjin, China, at the end of June, Eswar Prasad of Cornell University spoke about how governments can program and manipulate Central Bank Digital Currencies.<\/p>\n<p>In short, Prasad said that CBDCs could be programmed by governments to prevent purchases that are deemed <strong>\u201cless desirable\u201d<\/strong> by those in power.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">World Economic Forum In China Last Week\u2026<\/p>\n<p>CBDC\u2019s Could Be Programmed By Governments To Prevent Purchases It Deems Undesirable\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike Ammunition, Drugs &#038; Pornography\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zyHOiLdgwX\">pic.twitter.com\/zyHOiLdgwX<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Spiro (@Spiro_Ghost) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Spiro_Ghost\/status\/1676687981497946112?\">July 5, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Obviously drugs and pornography are objectively bad things, and governments around the world should already be taking measures to prevent the buying and selling of these dangerous items.<\/p>\n<p>But Prasad also said that the currency could be switched off to prevent people from buying ammunition.
