He seems credible,\u201d Bruner told The Daily Wire, referring to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ethics-expert-says-missing-hunter-biden-witness-video-very-persuasive-seems-credible\/\" title=\"Ethics expert finds 'missing' Hunter Biden witness video highly persuasive and credible.\">roughly 13-minute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wyoming-gop-censures-liz-cheney-over-house-impeachment-vote\/\" title=\"Wyoming GOP Censures Liz Cheney Over House Impeachment Vote\">video statement<\/a><\/a> by Luft that was published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/07\/05\/missing-biden-corruption-case-witness-dr-gal-luft-details-allegations-against-presidents-family-in-extraordinary-video\/\">New York Post<\/a> on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s naming names, giving lots of FBI and DOJ officials who have been apparently putting their fingers on the scale of justice,\u201d Bruner said. \u201cIt\u2019s always good to get some names out there so we can go and corroborate his claims and look into it. We\u2019re certainly doing that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Luft said he approached the DOJ in 2019 and met with two prosecutors from the Southern District of New York, Daniel Richenthal and Catherine Ghosh, and four FBI agents, including Special Agent Joshua Wilson of the Baltimore field office. Luft said he gave the team evidence and information on Biden family dealings with the now-defunct Chinese energy company CEFC, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-senator-harry-reid-thinks-government-has-ufo-fragments-backs-ex-pentagon-official-who-claims-cover-up\/\" title=\"Former Senator Harry Reid Thinks Government Has UFO \u2018Fragments\u2019 Backs Ex-Pentagon Official Who Claims Cover-Up\">including information<\/a> that implicated President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Luft said he heard nothing further from the DOJ until his arrest in February on charges of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ukraine-expands-civilian-gun-rights-to-fight-russia\/\" title=\"Ukraine Expands Civilian Gun Rights to Fight Russia\">illegal arms trading<\/a>, acting as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/top-biden-allies-worked-for-group-with-close-ties-to-chinese-communist-party\/\" title=\"Top Biden Allies Worked for Group With Close Ties to Chinese Communist Party\">unregistered foreign agent<\/a>, and lying to the FBI. Luft is now on the run from U.S. authorities after escaping arrest in Cyprus and is concerned that, if caught and extradited to the U.S., he would not get a fair trial on charges that are untrue and malicious, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Bruner said that recent actions taken by the DOJ appearing to run cover for Hunter Biden and target former President Donald Trump show that the department is compromised. And if it is, the department would have good reason to target Luft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are a number of things that charging Luft can do to protect the Bidens. Number one, it impugns his credibility, so now we\u2019re talking about a guy who\u2019s been indicted on some very serious crimes,\u201d Bruner said. \u201cIf he is not guilty of those crimes, it\u2019s going to take a long time to prove that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1688831213092000&#038;usg=AOvVaw1PLjNvPE9xhE43TkDJzri8\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The indictment could also hamper the congressional investigation into the Biden family\u2019s business dealings if investigators want to get testimony or information out of Luft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce he\u2019s indicted, certainly it can wrap [Luft] up, you know, the court can put a gag order on him. They can seal his indictments so that he can\u2019t now talk about the charges that he\u2019s facing and the evidence that they do or don\u2019t have against him,\u201d Bruner said. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t look good being on the run, but if you think that you\u2019re facing an unfair prosecution, maybe he felt he has no other choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In his video statement, Luft questioned why the DOJ would arrest him and arrange for his extradition out of Cyprus rather than Israel where Luft spends most of his time and which is a close ally of the United States. Bruner could not say for sure, but he noted some odd coincidences involving Cyprus and the Bidens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCyprus is one of the more corrupt nations and it\u2019s a hotspot for money laundering. I believe that some of Hunter Biden\u2019s Burisma funds actually passed through Cyprus.
