Social Media Pounds Them.\">bold move<\/a> last month by voting to expel GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia from the group.<\/p>\n<p>This decision came after Greene publicly referred to fellow caucus member Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado as a &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/little-b-boebert-mtg-reportedly-get-heated-fight-house-floor-video-captures-exchange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">little b****<\/a>&#8221; on the House floor.<\/p>\n<p>Freedom Caucus board member Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland confirmed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/07\/06\/marjorie-taylor-greene-booted-out-of-freedom-caucus-member-says-00104997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politico<\/a> that a vote was taken to remove Greene from the House Freedom Caucus due to her actions.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if she is formally out, Harris responded, &#8220;As far as I know, that is the way it is.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Harris expressed his disapproval of Greene&#8217;s behavior, stating, &#8220;I think the way she referred to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ocasio-cortez-takes-aim-at-entire-gop-after-accusing-cruz-of-trying-to-get-me-killed\/\" title=\"Ocasio-Cortez Takes Aim At Entire GOP After Accusing Cruz Of \u2018Trying To Get Me Killed\u2019\">fellow member<\/a> was probably not the way we expect our members to refer to other fellow, especially female, members.&#8221; He deemed the expulsion &#8220;an appropriate action.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Harris, frustration had been building within the group towards Greene. This frustration stemmed from her support of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-mccarthy-come-initial-debt-ceiling-agreement-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/we-have-to-de-weaponize-manchin-chides-schumer-for-hammering-republicans-after-debt-ceiling-vote\/\" title=\"\u2018We Have To De-Weaponize\u2019: Manchin Chides Schumer For Hammering Republicans After Debt Ceiling Vote\">debt ceiling deal<\/a><\/a> with President Joe Biden in May, as well as her early endorsement of McCarthy for speaker before the Freedom Caucus had secured the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/devil-details-concessions-mccarthy-made-take-speakers-gavel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">concessions<\/a> they desired.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think all of that mattered,&#8221; Harris explained. &#8220;I think the straw that broke the camel&#8217;s back was publicly saying things about another member in terms that no one should.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This marks the first time the Freedom Caucus has removed one of its members, as reported by Politico.<\/p>\n<p>The incident involving the &#8220;little b****&#8221; comment occurred in late June when Greene was upset with Boebert for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/shocking-shake-up-in-house-gop-freedom-caucus-boots-member-for-first-time-ever\/\" title=\"House GOP's Freedom Caucus shocks with unprecedented expulsion of member\">initiating floor action<\/a> on articles of impeachment against Biden, as reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/4084065-greene-ousted-from-freedom-caucus-board-member-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Biden intentionally ceded command &#038; control of our border to cartels.
