This comes as U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen arrives in Beijing, according to state media.<\/p>\n<p>During his inspection of the headquarters responsible for potential operations in Taiwan and the East China Sea, Xi emphasized the need to break new ground for theater command development and war preparedness, as reported by state-run Xinhua.<\/p>\n<p>Xi highlighted the increasing uncertainty and instability in China&#8217;s security situation, necessitating the military to intensify training for war.
