Among the victims was Stockton Rush, the pilot of the submersible and CEO of OceanGate.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the Coast Guard revealed that human remains, likely belonging to the victims, have been recovered from the wreckage of the submersible. These remains are currently being examined by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senior-hamas-commander-killed-as-israel-strikes-gaza-palestinians-fire-rockets\/\" title=\"Senior Hamas Commander Killed as Israel Strikes Gaza, Palestinians Fire Rockets\">medical officials<\/a> in the U.S. The debris from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/another-disturbing-discovery-found-in-remote-chinese-desert-as-concern-grows-about-chinas-military\/\" title=\"Another Disturbing Discovery Found In Remote Chinese Desert As Concern Grows About China\u2019s Military\">ocean floor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/oceangate-suspends-all-operations-as-coast-guard-investigates-sub-implosion\/\" title=\"OceanGate has halted operations while the Coast Guard investigates a submarine implosion.\">located approximately 12<\/a>,500 feet (3,810 meters) underwater, was retrieved using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/missing-titanic-sub-coast-guard-says-its-unsure-whether-noises-were-made-by-trapped-tourists\/\" title=\"Coast Guard uncertain if trapped tourists caused missing Titanic sub noises.\">remote operated vehicles<\/a> (ROVs).<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Coast Guard has initiated a Marine Board of Investigation, the highest level of investigation, to determine the cause of the implosion. A public hearing will be held in the future to further investigate the incident.<\/p>\n<p>OceanGate&#8217;s website states that the company has suspended all exploration and commercial operations, without providing further details. Attempts to reach the company for comment have been made but remain unanswered.<\/p>\n<p>OceanGate is based in Everett, Washington, while OceanGate Expeditions, the related company that led the Titan&#8217;s dives to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/missing-titanic-sub-piloted-using-69-video-game-controller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Titanic<\/a>, is registered in the Bahamas.<\/p>\n<p>The victims of the implosion also include Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman Dawood, members of a prominent Pakistani family, British adventurer Hamish Harding, and Titanic expert Paul-Henri Nargeolet.
