Biden <\/em>proves Big Tech and the federal government colluded to suppress \u201cmillions of protected free speech postings by American citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/02\/10\/the-biden-administration-is-colluding-with-corporate-censors-to-blacklist-dissidents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hardly a lack of proof<\/a> that Americans were the subject of years of government-led partisan purges on Twitter, Facebook, and other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-new-acting-attorney-general-jeff-rosen-recently-wrote-an-essay-on-foreign-influence-in-us-elections-this-tells-us-a-little-about-his-knowledge-of-whats-going-on-today\/\" title=\"The New Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen Recently Wrote an Essay on Foreign Influence in US Elections \u2013 This Tells Us A Little About His Knowledge of What\u2019s Going On Today\">social media platforms<\/a>. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-110099141\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f40fe0e29ee00730c3e32617dd2f3e8e fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f40fe0e29ee00730c3e32617dd2f3e8e\"><\/div>\n<p>Emails, documents, files, and statements show that it was often at the prompting of federal agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Census Bureau, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, the FBI, and the Department of Justice, as well as the White House, that Big Tech effectively silenced the voices of countless Americans on Covid-19, elections, and criticism of the Biden regime.<\/p>\n<p>In his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/23867004-08917380420?responsive=1&#038;title=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">155-page memorandum ruling<\/a>\u00a0handed down on July 4, Judge Terry Doughty, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, asserted that the attorneys general who brought the case will likely see victory in court with their claim that \u201cthe United States Government, through the White House and numerous federal agencies, pressured and encouraged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/babylon-bee-censorship-shows-why-fifth-circuit-should-uphold-texas-social-media-law\/\" title=\"Babylon Bee Censorship Shows Why Fifth Circuit Should Uphold Texas\u2019 Social Media Law\">social-media companies<\/a> to suppress free speech.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDefendants used meetings and communications with social-media companies to pressure those companies to take down, reduce, and suppress the free speech of American citizens. They flagged posts and provided information on the type of posts they wanted suppressed. They also followed up with directives to the social-media companies to provide them with information as to action the company had taken with regard to the flagged post,\u201d Doughty confirmed. <\/p>\n<p><h2>U.S. media should care about preserving the same constitutional amendment that protects their existence.<\/h2>\n<p> Instead, outlets repeatedly insisted that online censorship \u2014 like <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/07\/12\/leftists-shifting-the-story-on-critical-race-theory-education-exposes-their-hypocrisy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">critical race theory<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TomCottonAR\/status\/1564407684094468097?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mutilative<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/new-insurance-data-reveals-shocking-number-of-minors-obtained-transgender-surgeries\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gender experiments on minors<\/a> \u2014 simply wasn\u2019t happening. Any documented instances of muzzling, outlets claimed, only affected <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/tech\/2021\/02\/01\/censorship-conservatives-trump-facebook-twitter-youtube\/4316155001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a few people<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/think\/opinion\/facebook-twitter-don-t-censor-conservatives-they-hire-promote-them-ncna1245308\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">didn\u2019t violate<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanactionforum.org\/insight\/no-big-tech-did-not-violate-the-first-amendment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">First Amendment<\/a>. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-03e94c07db9dc6805e4168d4487eb8ee fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-03e94c07db9dc6805e4168d4487eb8ee\"><\/div>\n<p>Even before lockdowns, BLM riots, and the 2020 election, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/border-patrol-arrests-two-illegal-immigrants-from-yemen-on-fbi-terror-watch-list\/\" title=\"Border Patrol Arrests Two Illegal Immigrants From Yemen On FBI Terror Watch List\">corporate media outlets<\/a> were smearing conservative claims of Big Tech censorship. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cGoogle and Facebook aren\u2019t infringing on the right\u2019s freedom of expression, but insisting otherwise is politically convenient,\u201d the Atlantic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/ideas\/archive\/2019\/07\/conservatives-pretend-big-tech-biased-against-them\/594916\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asserted<\/a> in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>One year after the Atlantic claimed \u201cthere is no evidence\u201d that Americans were suffering suppression of online speech, Pew Research <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/internet\/2020\/08\/19\/most-americans-think-social-media-sites-censor-political-viewpoints\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">found<\/a> that \u201cmost Americans think <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/missouri-v-biden-proves-corporate-media-lied-about-big-techs-censorship-crusade-against-conservatives\/\" title=\"Missouri v. Biden exposes media's falsehoods on Big Tech's conservative censorship.\">social media sites censor political viewpoints<\/a>.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>American suspicions that the government was involved in the censorship industrial complex only grew and were later confirmed by the \u201cTwitter Files.\u201d When corporate media weren\u2019t ignoring the \u201cTwitter Files\u201d completely, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.racket.news\/p\/take-that-internet-censors?utm_source=post-email-title&#038;publication_id=1042&#038;post_id=133194962&#038;isFreemail=false&#038;utm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">outlets<\/a> \u201crepeatedly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/redirect\/3ca9afc6-cf0e-4429-81ff-6355b53259fa?j=eyJ1IjoiMjNkenoifQ.A40plZkGscP5wyOU5MLZ_1h-9_1Ksn93GHf3c4nkWg0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rolled eyes<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/redirect\/3118d6a3-7774-4be5-a6a1-18ecc73da32e?j=eyJ1IjoiMjNkenoifQ.A40plZkGscP5wyOU5MLZ_1h-9_1Ksn93GHf3c4nkWg0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dismissed<\/a>, and mocked [the revelations of censorship] as a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/substack.com\/redirect\/cb6245f8-1848-44ce-ab0a-de6ddc2fab86?j=eyJ1IjoiMjNkenoifQ.A40plZkGscP5wyOU5MLZ_1h-9_1Ksn93GHf3c4nkWg0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nothingburger<\/a>.\u201d <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-b4da8ca91d97bf83cb403c5ee3156f16 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-b4da8ca91d97bf83cb403c5ee3156f16\"><\/div>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Biden administration <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/11\/02\/white-house-insists-its-not-using-facebook-censorship-portal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feigned innocence<\/a> about its role in limiting Americans\u2019 speech at the same time it was expanding its <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/27\/biden-admin-grew-censorship-complex-to-silence-true-but-inconvenient-malinformation-weaponization-committee-shows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">efforts<\/a> to muzzle citizens. Corporate media <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/22\/npr-says-they-wont-cover-the-hunter-biden-story-because-russia-and-it-doesnt-amount-to-much\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proudly participated<\/a> in blackouts on information like the Hunter Biden laptop, and other Democrats also joined in the smear campaign. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt may be possible \u2014 if we can take off the tinfoil hat \u2014 that there is not a vast conspiracy,\u201d Democrat Rep. Colin Allred of Texas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nysun.com\/article\/house-committee-hears-of-new-censorship-industrial-complex-funded-in-part-by-u-s-taxpayers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>\u00a0after the release of the \u201cTwitter Files.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Missouri v. Biden<\/em> didn\u2019t uncover a couple of instances of <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/14\/twitter-repeatedly-claims-error-to-disguise-deliberate-censorship-of-conservatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accidental<\/a> deplatforming, as Big Tech, corporate media, and the Biden White House so often like to claim. Doughty confirmed that attorneys general provided \u201csubstantial evidence in support of their claims that they were the victims of a far-reaching and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-bars-biden-press-secretary-from-flagging-posts-for-big-tech-to-censor-two-years-after-admin-bragged-about-it\/\" title=\"Judge prohibits Biden press secretary from flagging posts for Big Tech censorship, despite previous administration's pride in the practice.\">widespread censorship campaign<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, but Doughty agreed that Big Tech\u2019s decision to take down \u201cOpposition to COVID-19 vaccines; opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns; opposition to the lab-leak theory of COVID-19; opposition to the validity of the 2020 election; opposition to President Biden\u2019s policies; statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true; and opposition to policies of the government officials in power\u201d at the behest of the government appears blatantly partisan. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeted suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech,\u201d Doughty wrote. \u201cAmerican citizens have the right to engage in free debate about the significant issues affecting the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The First Amendment, Doughty wrote, was designed to protect an \u201cuninhibited marketplace of ideas in which truth will ultimately prevail.\u201d Yet, for years now, the federal government and Big Tech, with cover from corporate media, have repeatedly violated Americans\u2019 right to that \u201cuninhibited marketplace.\u201d <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a9e2d58755171209bcdbfd64d985c769 fdrlst__b89e9-after-post-content\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a9e2d58755171209bcdbfd64d985c769\"><\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">    \t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>victims of online censorship. The media&#8217;s dismissal of conservative outrage as unfounded is proven wrong by Missouri v. Biden, revealing collusion between Big Tech and the government to suppress millions of Americans&#8217; protected free speech.
