That could be a member of the press who was there for a specific interview with someone on that side of the West Wing.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Investigative Steps<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Looking at surveillance footage<\/li>\n<li>Reading visitor logs<\/li>\n<li>Sending the powder to Fort Detrick, where the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/weather\/2020\/04\/23\/lab-study-coronavirus-summer-weather\/\">U.S. Army has a biosecurity laboratory<\/a> in Maryland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWhat they\u2019re going to do is look at the video,\u201d Miller said. \u201cWhat does the video tell you? Was it Friday? Was it Saturday? Was it there before and just unnoticed? They\u2019ll look at the logs. Ok, who signed in? Who were they going to see?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut there\u2019s more than that,\u201d he added. \u201cThe powder has been sent to Fort Detrick for a second round of testing to see \u2014 ok it tested positive for cocaine. Is there anything else in it that could be hazardous or weaponized?
