Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI), a former Marine, recently proposed the idea that these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-dni-chief-ufos-seen-that-replicate-technology-unavailable-to-humans\/\" title=\"Former DNI Chief: UFOs Seen That Replicate Technology Unavailable To Humans\">unidentified flying objects<\/a> could be piloted by humans from the future, similar to the concept in the movie &#8220;The Terminator.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gallagher, appearing on ESPN analyst Pat McAfee\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/skip-bayless-says-nfl-owners-arent-comfortable-with-black-head-coaches\/\" title=\"Skip Bayless Says NFL Owners Aren\u2019t Comfortable With Black Head Coaches\">sports talk show<\/a>, suggested that UFOs, now commonly referred to as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ufo-reports-from-u-s-military-are-increasing\/\" title=\"UFO Reports From U.S. Military Are Increasing\">unidentified anomalous phenomena<\/a> (UAPs), could be an ancient civilization that has been hiding on Earth and is now revealing itself.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis should be an opportunity for the government to be transparent,\u201d Gallagher said. \u201cIf we have information that disconfirms the extraterrestrial hypothesis, or all these other ones, at least it shows the government doing something competent and being forward-leaning by declassifying information to the public.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>However, Gallagher also mentioned the possibility of a simpler explanation. He wondered if the UFOs could be adversary technology, particularly from China, given his role as the chairman of the House Committee on the Chinese Communist Party.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) expressed concern about the military&#8217;s alleged UFO crash retrieval and reverse-engineering program.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIn a complete and uncut transcript of his recent interview, supplied to the DailyMail.com by a member of Senator Rubio\u2019s office, Rubio described the alleged UFO program as \u2018in essence, some sort of an internal military complex that\u2019s their own government and is accountable to no one,&#8217;\u201d the UK paper reported.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Rubio, who serves as vice chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, claimed to have heard firsthand testimony on covert UFO programs from senior military and intelligence whistleblowers.<\/p>\n<p>David Charles Grusch, a former combat officer and UAP expert, has provided Congress with classified information about covert U.S. government programs. He alleges that the government possesses an intact craft of &#8220;non-human origin.&#8221; Grusch filed a complaint stating that he faced illegal retaliation for his disclosures.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Debrief, Grusch revealed that the government and its allies have been recovering fragments and intact vehicles of exotic origin for decades. These <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ufo-fervor-grabs-washington-congressman-says-ufos-may-be-ancient-civilization-senator-says-craft-retrievers-unaccountable\/\" title=\"Washington is captivated by UFO excitement. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who attended a classified UAP briefing, has also hinted at the existence of unidentified crafts that are not possessed by any known country.
