If the EPA capitulates, the state indicated they would drop the suit, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/qz.com\/epa-emissions-wood-stoves-10-states-lawsuit-air-quality-1850600865\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quartz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, about 11 million American households used wood for their energy needs. That\u2019s about 8.9 percent of all U.S. households.
