Now He\u2019s Suing.\">affirmative action policies<\/a> of Harvard University and the University of North Carolina after reviewing their admissions process.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/23864004-students-for-fair-admissions-inc-v-president-and-fellows-of-harvard-college\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">majority opinion<\/a> stated, \u201cMany universities have for too long wrongly concluded that the touchstone of an individual\u2019s identity is not challenges bested, skills built or lessons learned, but the color of their skin. This Nation\u2019s constitutional history does not tolerate that choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Critics of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-justice-department-drops-discrimination-lawsuit-against-yale\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s Justice Department Drops Discrimination Lawsuit Against Yale\">race-based admissions processes<\/a> have long argued that the policies put Asian Americans at a disadvantage.<\/p>\n<h3>George Conway Celebrates the Ruling<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/george-conway-anti-trumpers-unite-effort-end-wifes-job\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">George Conway<\/a>, who is part Filipino, celebrated the ruling online.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBefore people start criticizing a decision they haven\u2019t read, they should take a look at the facts of these \u2018affirmative action\u2019 cases, in particular the outrageous facts of the case from my alma mater, Harvard,\u201d the Lincoln Project co-founder wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cRace wasn\u2019t just a \u2018factor\u2019 in the mix.
