However, the situation has now taken a positive turn. Autostat, citing data from its partner consulting company PPK, reported that 82,407 vehicles were sold in June, a significant increase from 72,171 in May and a remarkable improvement compared to the mere 32,731 sold in June 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the challenges faced, Russia&#8217;s own car manufacturer, Lada, has managed to maintain its position as the leading brand in the domestic market. In fact, Lada has even expanded its market share for the first half of the year, growing from 20.8% in 2022 to an impressive 33.5% in June.<\/p>\n<p>Avtovaz, the maker of Lada, reported a staggering four-fold increase in June sales compared to the previous year.
