However, this month, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/stimulus-update-2022-direct-one-time-300-payments-being-sent-out-in-hawaii-today\/\" title=\"Stimulus update 2022: Direct one-time 0 payments being sent out in Hawaii today\">distribution dates<\/a> will be determined by the last digit of a recipient&#8217;s case number.<\/p>\n<h3>Quick Distribution Schedule:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Case numbers ending in 0-3: Benefits on July 1<\/li>\n<li>Case numbers ending in 4-5: Benefits on July 4<\/li>\n<li>Case numbers ending in 6-9: Benefits on July 7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Virginia, the average benefit payment per household member is $181. Approximately 9% of the state&#8217;s population, which amounts to around 794,600 individuals, receives assistance through SNAP to help with their food expenses.<\/p>\n<p>SNAP benefits can be used to purchase &#8220;food or food products meant to be eaten by people,&#8221; as well as seeds and food-producing plants, among other eligible items, according to the state guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficiaries receive their benefits on an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/food-stamps-how-to-apply-for-snap-benefit-payments-across-the-country\/\" title=\"Apply for SNAP benefits nationwide to receive food stamps.\">electronic benefit transfer card<\/a>, known as the Virginia EBT card.
