Cartels, who are peddling the deadliest poison we&#8217;ve ever seen, rely on social media to expand their reach and sell more drugs at an alarming rate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When questioned about the cooperation of social media companies with law enforcement, Milgram expressed her concerns, saying, \u201cUntil recently, we have not received the level of cooperation we require.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe have engaged in discussions with social media companies. The purchase of fake pills on these platforms is currently one of the leading causes of preventable deaths in America.
