The Twitter CEO explained that Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies are the ones to blame.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cAlmost every company doing AI,\u201d he said in a tweet. \u201cFrom startups to some of the biggest corporations on Earth, was scraping vast amounts of data.
