The 6-3 decision was a victory for the <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/courts\/supreme-court-affirmative-action\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vast majority<\/a> of Americans who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/legitimacy-restored-supreme-court-ends-affirmative-action-outcome-backed-by-vast-majority-of-americans\/\" title=\"Supreme Court Ends Affirmative Action, Supported by Majority of Americans\">oppose race-based affirmative action<\/a> in college admissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winred.tomcotton.com\/tom-cotton\/defend-scotus-ads-beacon?utm_source=rc&#038;utm_medium=beaconads&#038;utm_campaign=2023maybeaconscotus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winred.tomcotton.com\/tom-cotton\/defend-scotus-ads-beacon?utm_source=rc&#038;utm_medium=beaconads&#038;utm_campaign=2023maybeaconscotus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Alas, it was not a good week for President Joe Biden, a supporter of anti-Asian discrimination.<\/h3>\n<p>The high court concurred with Nancy Pelosi&#8217;s assessment that Biden lacked the authority to <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/courts\/supreme-court-strikes-down-bidens-student-loan-forgiveness-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-push-for-student-debt-forgiveness-would-cost-taxpayers-millions\/\" title=\"Democrats push for student debt forgiveness, would cost taxpayers millions\">cancel student debt<\/a><\/a> without the consent of Congress, and the president&#8217;s staff once again failed to prevent him from opening his mouth in public.<\/p>\n<p>On multiple occasions, Biden said Russian strongman Vladimir Putin was &#8220;losing the war in Iraq.&#8221; He suggested he &#8220;may be peaking&#8221; with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss the actual war that Putin is losing in Ukraine, and confessed to selling &#8220;state secrets&#8221; during a meeting with Indian prime minister Narendra Modi.<\/p>\n<p>Most concerningly, Biden barely made it through a softball interview with MSNBC&#8217;s Nicolle Wallace, who giggled like a giddy tween as the president spouted garbled nonsense about the American Civil War of &#8220;1960&#8221; and wandered off set while the cameras were still rolling like an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-joe-bidens-senior-moment-of-the-week-vol-49\/\" title=\"VIDEO: Joe Biden's Weekly Senior Moment (Vol. 49)\">escaped nursing home patient chasing<\/a> an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/phillys-soros-backed-da-wins-primary-in-a-landslide\/\" title=\"Philly\u2019s Soros-Backed DA Wins Primary In A Landslide\">ice cream truck<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We also learned that Biden has started wearing a CPAP machine to treat his longstanding sleep apnea, which puts him at <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/biden-sleep-apnea-dementia\/\">increased risk<\/a> of dementia, cognitive decline, and death.<\/p>\n<p>On that note: Happy Independence Day!
