Disgraceful. Unconscionable'\">high court<\/a>, laws like Colorado&#8217;s &#8220;Anti-Discrimination Act,&#8221; which LGBT activists have used to bully Christians into going against their faith, violate Americans&#8217; First Amendment right to free speech.<\/p>\n<h3>The Case of 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis<\/h3>\n<p>In <em>303 Creative LLC v. Elenis<\/em>, the state of Colorado tried forcing graphic artist Lorie Smith to build a wedding website for a same-sex couple, an act which opposes her Christian belief that marriage is between one man and one woman. The case also impacts the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/06\/the-never-ending-persecution-of-jack-phillips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">years-long<\/a> persecution of Masterpiece Cakeshop cake artist Jack Phillips, who similarly refused to make a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/masterpiece-cakeshop-christian-baker-on-trial-again-this-time-sued-by-transgender-activist\/\" title=\"Masterpiece Cakeshop Christian Baker On Trial Again: This Time Sued By Transgender Activist\">cake celebrating<\/a> same-sex marriages.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s important to understand about <em>303 Creative LLC v. Elenis<\/em>, though, is that Smith did not refuse to build a custom website for someone simply because that person is LGBT. Since Smith is a Christian, she did not want to celebrate and endorse same-sex marriage via her creative work, which all parties in the case <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/12\/02\/for-artists-like-colorados-lorie-smith-the-first-amendment-protects-the-right-not-to-speak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agree is a form of speech<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>LGBT activists, on the other hand, want to compel Smith to violate her faith by forcing her to worship the false idol of intersectionality. Spot the difference? Only one group wants to force their will on another.<\/p>\n<h3>Pride Month: A Month of Intimidation and Compliance<\/h3>\n<p>Likewise, intimidation and compliance take center stage during pride month. For 30 days now, Americans have been subjected to degenerate public pride events. For instance, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scotus-decision-protecting-religious-liberty-provides-the-perfect-ending-to-pride-month\/\" title=\"SCOTUS protects religious liberty, concludes Pride Month perfectly.\">nude adults gleefully paraded<\/a> through the nation&#8217;s largest cities in the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/26\/naked-men-freely-expose-themselves-to-kids-at-pride-because-the-right-bought-the-lefts-tolerance-lie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">presence<\/a> of minors. &#8220;We&#8217;re here, we&#8217;re queer, we&#8217;re coming for your children,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/28\/nbc-news-covers-for-radical-lgbt-activists-coming-for-your-children-chant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chanted<\/a> participants of the New York City drag march.<\/p>\n<p>The constantly evolving pride flag has been flown in front of public buildings, including American embassies abroad (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/world\/us-embassy-holy-see-flies-pride-flag-rome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disrespecting<\/a> the cultural norms of various foreign countries) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/13\/the-american-and-rainbow-flags-stand-for-two-incompatible-definitions-of-liberty-and-only-one-can-rule-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">White House<\/a>. Meanwhile, every corporation in America underwent a dramatic rainbow rebrand, often to the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/25\/bud-lights-brand-is-so-trashed-it-cant-even-give-beer-away-for-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">annoyance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/16\/companies-like-target-are-teaching-kids-to-hate-and-brutalize-their-bodies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">offense<\/a> of their loyal customers. And if a company <em>didn&#8217;t<\/em> initiate an over-the-top pride celebration, their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jonmcgowan\/2023\/05\/25\/targets-lgbtq-pride-marketing-may-be-esg-driven\/?sh=5fc52ba131f2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ESG<\/a> scores and standing on the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/14\/woke-alerts-notifies-consumers-when-companies-go-woke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corporate Equality Index<\/a> would suffer.<\/p>\n<p>The intent of all these &#8220;pride&#8221; displays is not equality or acceptance. Same-sex marriage is legal. There is no outlawed sexual orientation or &#8220;gender identity.&#8221; Americans are free to act on pretty much any sexual proclivity they have \u2014 pedophilia being an exemption (although many LGBT activists would like to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/07\/30\/the-left-has-a-pedophilia-problem-and-its-out-in-the-open\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">change that<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Pride month is an opportunity for radical activists to impose their ideology on the entire country. Any business, public school, or person that does not pledge allegiance to pride during the month of June is labeled a bigot and is either socially or financially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/05\/19\/business\/hrc-rating-bud-light\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">punished<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>The Fight for Free Speech Continues<\/h3>\n<p>Legal harassment is the natural next step to the left&#8217;s intense social intimidation. That&#8217;s why Colorado&#8217;s Anti-Discrimination Act goes hand-in-hand with pride month. And while the Anti-Discrimination Act was struck down, the left will continue to pass similar unconstitutional legislation every day. Take, for example, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/michigan-house-passes-bill-using-wrong-pronouns-felony-fineable-10000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bill<\/a> recently passed by the Michigan State House of Representatives that could make using wrong pronouns a felony fineable up to $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, pride&#8217;s 2023 social and legislative militancy has been one of the worst received yet, with polls <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/other\/voters-sour-on-pride-campaigns-poll\/ar-AA1d7Hm1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">showing<\/a> that Americans are sick of cynical corporate campaigns and oppose the LGBT targeting of children. The high court&#8217;s decision is vindicating for many Americans who have been bullied into silence or even submission this past month.
