Now He\u2019s Suing.\">affirmative action<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rules-are-rules-biden-attacks-democracy\/\" title=\"Biden Criticizes Democracy: Rules Remain Unchanged.\">government-subsidized higher education<\/a> to be unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<p>At least that\u2019s what Leftists argue when they are the ones being criticized. Otherwise, all branches of the federal government and its many officials are fair game \u2014 especially if they threaten Democrat power.<\/p>\n<p>Americans were reminded of that yet again after Biden refused to defend the high court and did not condemn those who call it a \u201crogue court\u201d or illegitimate. He even said it was an abnormal bench.<\/p>\n<p>CNN\u2019s Arlette Saenz asked, \u201cPresident Biden, the Congressional Black Caucus said the Supreme Court has thrown into question its own legitimacy. The justices were all appointed by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. It is entirely legitimate.<\/p>\n<p>The only reason this court earns derision is that it often delivers conservative rulings. After decades of seemingly bad decisions that moved the country leftward, that can seem out of the norm to those used to getting their way.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Democrats don\u2019t like having their power questioned, and they hate losing it. That\u2019s why they smear anybody who puts up a fight against them. It doesn\u2019t matter if that person is a politician, a journalist, or a member of a branch of the government.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, America\u2019s fourth branch of government behaved in a way on Thursday that shouldn\u2019t be considered normal but unfortunately is typical.
