Bobby Scott (D-Va.), the chairman of the House Education and the Workforce Committee at the time of Eisen&#8217;s testimony, was aware of her undisclosed affiliation. On June 26, Allen introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/house-bill\/4320\/titles?s=6&#038;r=1&#038;q=%7B%22search%22%3A%5B%22%22%5D%7D\">&#8220;The Truth in Employment Act of 2023&#8221;<\/a>, which would make it illegal for unions to insert organizers disguised as regular employees in targeted companies.<\/p>\n<p>Allen believes that big labor and union bosses will go to great lengths to coerce more American workers into unionization, even if it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-bill-would-bar-unions-from-disguising-organizers-as-real-employees-in-targeted-firms\/\" title=\"New Bill Aims to Prevent Unions from Pretending to be Actual Employees in Targeted Companies.\">means targeting small businesses<\/a>.
