Bidenomics is just another way of saying \u2018restore the American dream.\u2019 Because it\u2019s worked before,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>This message has proven to be <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/dont-believe-your-lying-eyes-biden-hits-the-road-to-sell-bidenomics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a tough sell<\/a> to the public so far. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dont-believe-your-lying-eyes-biden-hits-the-road-to-sell-bidenomics\/\" title=\"Biden on the Road, Selling 'Bidenomics': Don't Trust Your Eyes\">inflation rate sits<\/a> at just over 4 percent, roughly double what the Federal Reserve and most economics consider healthy. Biden\u2019s approval rating is also at a nadir, with a plurality of voters consistently citing the economy as their biggest concern. Economists told the <em>Washington Free Beacon<\/em> that most of the economic gains the White House is touting have little to do with Biden\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n<p>But the president\u2019s speech suggests the White House will not divert from their policies in the lead-up to 2024. The president is banking on the hope that voters will change their opinions about the state of the economy after hearing about his legislative accomplishments over the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>The White House previewed Biden\u2019s remarks Monday in a memo circulated to the press. &#8220;Bidenomics,&#8221; the memo states, &#8220;is both a winning economic strategy that is delivering results, and an approach that is strongly supported by the vast majority of the American people.&#8221; &#8220;Bidenomics&#8221; is intended to be a clear alternative to more conservative and traditional economic theories.<\/p>\n<p>Biden touted the various new spending initiatives, which total more than $4 trillion, passed since he took office. Bills such as the Inflation Reduction Act, Biden explained, are examples of the three pillars of &#8220;Bidenomics.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winred.tomcotton.com\/tom-cotton\/defend-scotus-ads-beacon?utm_source=rc&#038;utm_medium=beaconads&#038;utm_campaign=2023maybeaconscotus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winred.tomcotton.com\/tom-cotton\/defend-scotus-ads-beacon?utm_source=rc&#038;utm_medium=beaconads&#038;utm_campaign=2023maybeaconscotus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;First, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-border-patrol-chief-reveals-top-threat-facing-u-s-right-now-its-going-to-get-so-much-worse\/\" title=\"Former Border Patrol Chief Reveals Top Threat Facing U.S. Right Now: \u2018It\u2019s Going To Get So Much Worse\u2019\">making smart investments<\/a> in America. Second, educating and empowering American workers to grow the middle class,&#8221; Biden said. &#8220;And third, promoting competition to lower costs and help small businesses.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Some economists are skeptical that Biden\u2019s policies have contributed to the nation\u2019s post-COVID 19 economic recovery.
