Just look at the numbers this morning \u2014 Trump is stronger today than he was in 2016.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>McCarthy&#8217;s statement contradicts his earlier remarks on CNBC&#8217;s Squawk Box, where he expressed uncertainty about whether Trump was the &#8220;strongest&#8221; candidate but acknowledged that anyone could potentially defeat Biden. However, McCarthy now firmly believes that Trump has the ability to win the general election next November.<\/p>\n<h3>Trump&#8217;s Legal Challenges and Biden&#8217;s Reelection Announcement<\/h3>\n<p>Since announcing his candidacy for president in November of last year, Trump has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mccarthy-says-trump-stronger-in-2024-despite-questioning-his-strength-as-candidate\/\" title=\"McCarthy claims Trump is 'stronger' for 2024, despite doubts about his candidacy.\">faced numerous legal obstacles<\/a>, including being charged with 37 counts related to classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago residence after leaving the White House. On the other hand, Biden announced his bid for reelection earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>McCarthy also emphasized that if Trump were to secure the Republican nomination, it would be beneficial for both the party and the country due to his policies.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I think if you want to go sheer policy to policy, it\u2019s not what\u2019s good for Republicans; it\u2019s what\u2019s good for America,&#8221; McCarthy asserted. &#8220;Trump\u2019s policies are better, straightforward, than Biden\u2019s policies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump faces competition from other potential Republican nominees, including Gov.
