However, this time, everyone will receive their benefits in July.<\/p>\n<h3>States with Universal Basic Income Payments<\/h3>\n<p>There are four states that send out all of their direct payments on the first day of each month: Alaska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Vermont.<\/p>\n<h3>Alaska<\/h3>\n<p>In Alaska, approximately 12% of the population, which amounts to 92,100 people, receive food stamps. An extra $268 is added for each additional member.<\/p>\n<h3>North Dakota<\/h3>\n<p>In North Dakota, SNAP benefits reach 6% of the population, which is around 47,400 people. The average payment per household member per month is $185.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum payment is $281 for a household of one, $939 for a household of four, and $1,692 for a household of eight.<\/p>\n<h3>Rhode Island<\/h3>\n<p>Rhode Island has approximately 13% of its population, or 139,400 people, receiving SNAP benefits. The average payment per household member per month is $183.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum amount is $281 for a household of one, $939 for a household of four, and $1,691 for a household of eight. An additional $211 is added for each additional member.<\/p>\n<h3>Vermont<\/h3>\n<p>In Vermont, 11% of the population, which is about 69,500 people, receive SNAP benefits. The average payment per household member per month is $188.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum amount is $281 for a household of one, $939 for a household of four, and $1,339 for a household of six.
