One Virginia lawyer, Eugene Rossi, plans to cite Biden&#8217;s plea deal in the case of his client, Deja Taylor, who has pleaded guilty to lying about her marijuana use when purchasing a handgun. Taylor&#8217;s 6-year-old son used the firearm to shoot an elementary school teacher in January.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor faces the possibility of 18 to 24 months in prison for her offense, while Biden stands to avoid prison time through a plea deal in which he&#8217;ll only plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax offenses.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you think Hunter Biden got off easy?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes<\/li>\n<li>No<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s firearms charge, which includes purchasing a firearm as a drug user, will be diverted as a condition of his probation under the deal. This means he will avoid prosecution and have the offense erased from his record if he completes the terms of his probation.<\/p>\n<p>Biden falsely indicated on an ATF Form 4473 that he wasn&#8217;t a user of a controlled substance during the 2018 gun purchase. However, he openly discussed his extensive crack cocaine use in his 2021 autobiography &#8220;Beautiful Things.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The revolver Biden purchased was later discarded in a dumpster near a high school by his then-lover, Hallie Biden, who is also his brother&#8217;s widow.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Wow.
