Ted Cruz Plans Resolution to Support Arms Sales to Israel\">corrupt corporate media<\/a> simply doesn\u2019t care enough to hold the current president accountable.<\/p>\n<p>Whistleblower testimony documenting how the Department of Justice repeatedly interfered with an IRS investigation into Hunter Biden\u2019s tax crimes to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/23\/whistleblower-transcripts-show-deep-state-election-rigging-for-biden-was-way-bigger-than-a-laptop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rig the election for the elder Biden<\/a> broke on Thursday morning. Yet the propaganda press <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HansMahncke\/status\/1671974681958555649?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">largely ignored the bombshell<\/a>, which confirmed Hunter received a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/20\/hunter-bidens-wrist-slap-on-gun-tax-crimes-is-a-complete-smokescreen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sweetheart plea deal<\/a> in favor of news like the demise of the Titan submersible.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-702294515\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ea523d8de03ef5ccd1a61310807111b8 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-ea523d8de03ef5ccd1a61310807111b8\"><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>The outlets that eventually did cover the bombshell also <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/garland-responds-irs-whistleblower-allegations-hunter-biden-case\/story?id=100339497\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quickly amplified<\/a> Attorney General Merrick Garland\u2019s Friday claims that the whistleblower lied about U.S. Attorney David Weiss being <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Jim_Jordan\/status\/1672289089347829760\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">denied a special counsel<\/a> by the DOJ.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>The same thing happened just a few weeks prior. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbusters.org\/blogs\/nb\/geoffrey-dickens\/2023\/06\/21\/nets-spend-491-minutes-trump-indictment-0-seconds-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corrupt corporate media spent hours<\/a> praising the Biden administration\u2019s partisan indictment of its number one political enemy, former President Donald Trump but offered no amplification to the GOP\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/videos\/cleveland-the-dojs-biden-bribery-cover-up-is-worse-than-you-think\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crucial Biden bribery scandal findings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, media shills like Poynter pretended that the propaganda press acted justly because it still gave the news of Hunter\u2019s tax and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-corporate-media-cant-come-back-after-playing-a-key-role-in-running-covering-up-biden-family-corruption\/\" title=\"Corporate media can't recover after aiding Biden family corruption cover-up.\">gun charges \u201cproper attention<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey covered it like it was a big deal. But not like they covered Donald Trump\u2019s indictment a week ago,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poynter.org\/commentary\/2023\/hunter-biden-pleads-guilty-tax-evasion-gun-charge-coverage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article<\/a> continued. \u201cAnd that makes sense, of course. Because it wasn\u2019t as big of a deal as that. One is the\u00a0<strong>son of a president<\/strong>\u00a0who is pleading guilty to not paying his taxes on time. The other\u00a0<strong>was the president<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>is a presidential candidate<\/strong>\u00a0charged with taking classified documents and putting national security at risk.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-2a5c79db75d253c758030ad026ce92b4 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-2a5c79db75d253c758030ad026ce92b4\"><\/div>\n<p>The big news at the time wasn\u2019t just that Hunter was handed a sweetheart deal by the DOJ, allowing him to escape the fate of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ussc.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/pdf\/research-and-publications\/annual-reports-and-sourcebooks\/2022\/2022-Annual-Report-and-Sourcebook.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">94.2<\/a> percent of those charged and convicted of a firearm felony like his face.<\/p>\n<p>It was that a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-corporate-media-cant-come-back-after-playing-a-key-role-in-running-cover-up-for-biden-family-corruption\/\" title=\"Corporate media's credibility is compromised after aiding Biden family corruption cover-up.\">credible confidential human source alleged<\/a> that, while VP Biden took a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/16\/everything-we-know-about-the-biden-bribery-scheme-from-the-fbi-document\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$10 million bribe<\/a> from an executive at his son\u2019s Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Republicans who have spent months uncovering the president\u2019s corruption say there are <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/videos\/cleveland-we-might-have-the-burisma-biden-tapes-if-fbi-hadnt-buried-the-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tapes<\/a> proving contact between Joe and the Burisma executive.<\/p>\n<p>If corporate media really cared about \u201cnational security,\u201d as Poynter suggests, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/08\/bidens-corruption-is-everything-the-corporate-media-hoped-to-get-out-of-the-trump-administration-so-they-wont-cover-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">their sights would be set on the Bidens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Too Little, Too Late<\/h2>\n<p>For years, corporate media enabled Biden family corruption by refusing to ask tough questions about Hunter.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e082d57eeab6e4001a7745fc10ed1d7c fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e082d57eeab6e4001a7745fc10ed1d7c\"><\/div>\n<p>There is no doubt \u2014 and hasn\u2019t been since the discovery of the younger Biden\u2019s incriminating laptop \u2014 that Hunter sold access to his father, then the vice president, in exchange for money to fund the Biden family\u2019s\u00a0<strong>lavish lifestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, Big Tech and corporate media didn\u2019t just collectively nuke stories from October 2020 detailing what was found on Hunter\u2019s laptop. They also sold a lie packaged from the <a href=\"https:\/\/judiciary.house.gov\/media\/in-the-news\/biden-campaign-blinken-orchestrated-intel-letter-discredit-hunter-biden-laptop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biden campaign<\/a> that the laptop was Russian disinformation. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/11\/24\/poll-one-in-six-biden-voters-would-have-changed-their-vote-if-they-had-known-about-scandals-suppressed-by-media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Recall that one in six Biden voters<\/a>\u00a0said they would have changed their vote if they had known about his numerous scandals.<\/p>\n<p>The president repeatedly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/28\/joe-biden-knew-about-hunters-foreign-dealings-and-lied-about-it-voicemail-shows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lied about his knowledge<\/a>\u00a0of Hunter\u2019s overseas business dealings (and continues to do so <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JacquiHeinrich\/status\/1672324194292334594\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">to this day<\/a>) but reports detailing that Joe, while he was still vice president,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/joe-biden-met-14-hunters-business-associates-vice-president\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">met with more than a dozen<\/a>\u00a0of Hunter\u2019s business associates in the West Wing of the White House also proved the president\u2019s feigned innocence wrong. So did receipts indicating that the Bidens were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/29\/senators-release-receipts-showing-direct-payments-from-foreign-oligarchs-to-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paid by oligarchs<\/a>\u00a0and businessmen in countries that have a vested interest in meddling with US affairs through <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/05\/03\/biden-implicated-in-bribery-scheme-grassley-and-comer-allege-in-new-subpoena-demand-to-fbi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diluted payments deposited in several bank accounts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The corporate media\u2019s rigorous attempts to ignore or downplay this evidence only continued.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, a <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/22\/hunter-biden-threatened-my-father-could-hold-a-grudge-in-extortive-message-to-chinese-associate-revealed-by-whistleblower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">threatening text<\/a> uncovered in an IRS whistleblower\u2019s testimony only further confirms that the Biden family leveraged Joe, \u201cthe man sitting next to me and every person he knows,\u201d to ensure \u201cpromises and assurances\u201d from rich foreign nationals were kept.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,\u201d the message from Hunter to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, reads. \u201cI am very concerned that the Chairman has either changed his mind and broken our deal without telling me or that he is unaware of the promises and assurances that have been made that have not been kept.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This text came 10 days before a Chinese energy company <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/kenvogel\/status\/1672308270571069456?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sent millions<\/a> of dollars to a bank account linked to Hunter.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>Now that certain facets of the Biden bribery scheme can no longer be ignored, some of the press are <em>beginning <\/em>to ask questions about the president\u2019s involvement in the ongoing scandal.<\/p>\n<p>Their questions are years and election cycles too late, and the Biden administration knows it. That\u2019s why, when confronted by reporters about the damning text on Friday, the White House and members of the president\u2019s cabinet refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p>John Kirby, coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, blatantly declined to admit the president and his team lied.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re going to ask about this \u2026 I am not going to address this issue from this podium.
