Caleb Boggs\u00a0 Federal Building, 844 N. King Street, Wilmington, Delaware.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/654715299\/Hunter-Biden-Appearance-Order#from_embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> to view the Hunter Biden Appearance Order on Scribd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The president\u2019s son has agreed to plead guilty to two counts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-investigation-read-doj-announcement-presidents-son-to-plead-guilty-to-felony-charges\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden investigation: President's son to plead guilty to felony charges, according to DOJ announcement.\">income tax evasion<\/a> and enter a \u201cpretrial diversion agreement\u201d in regard to a third charge regarding illegal possession of a firearm, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/regulation\/court-battles\/4061377-hunter-biden-initial-court-appearance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Maryellen Noreika, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, must now decide whether or not to approve the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/former-federal-prosecutor-reveals-doj-violating-policies-hunter-biden-plea-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plea agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf he complies with the program\u2019s terms, he will likely have the firearm charge dropped from his record,\u201d The Hill reported. \u201cIf the plea deal is accepted by a judge, Biden will likely stay out of prison and may receive a probation sentence instead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Hill pointed out the difference between how Republicans viewed the proceedings versus the way Democrats have generally attempted to downplay it to keep it from damaging Biden\u2019s father, President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/articles-impeachment-filed-joe-biden-kamala-harris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joe Biden<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Republican Rep. James Comer, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, said his investigation into Biden\u2019s family would continue and called the plea deal \u201ca slap on the wrist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow! The corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-reaches-agreement-with-prosecutors-in-bid-to-avoid-jail-time\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden avoids jail time after reaching agreement with prosecutors.\">mere \u2018traffic ticket<\/a>.,\u2019 former President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social. \u201cOur system is BROKEN!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Rep.
