He added on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CtuN1ctrLpF\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, \u201c2 tiers of justice? Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years. Mr. Biden will not serve a day. Feels right? Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI\u2019ve never seen anyone where this offense was charged,\u201d Cohen pointed out, \u201cand they didn\u2019t get some sort of prison sentence. Call On ATF To Investigate Hunter Biden For Gun-Related Felony\">background check forms<\/a> while buying more than one firearm; two of the guns were later found by the police at crime scenes, according to prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cYoung people do stupid things,\u201d U.S. District Court Judge Federico Moreno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sun-sentinel.com\/2019\/11\/13\/kodak-black-sentenced-to-3-years-and-10-months-in-federal-prison\/\">told<\/a> Black at his trial. \u201cBut the problem is that you\u2019ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI\u2019m sorry for the actions that led me for where I\u2019m standing,\u201d Black said before he was sentenced. \u201cI do take full responsibility for my mishap.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Hunter Biden&#8217;s Controversial Background Check<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hunter Biden answered \u00a0\u201cno\u201d to a question on a background-check questionnaire asking, \u201cAre you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?\u201d He had been discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine five years prior to that.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the beginning of March, Sen.
