President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, expressed solidarity, stating, &#8220;Brick by brick, house by house, school by school, together we are with Ukraine for the long haul.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank estimates that over $400 billion will be required to rebuild Ukraine, considering the extensive damage caused by Russian attacks on its infrastructure.
