Black\u2014then 22 years old with prior convictions\u2014was sentenced to over three years in federal prison but was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/donald-trump-pardons-commutes-lil-wayne-kodak-black-reactions-fans-cricits\">pardoned<\/a> by then-president Donald Trump the day before President Joe Biden&#8217;s inauguration. Hunter Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/hunter-biden-felony-gun-charge-tax-charges\/\">struck<\/a> a plea deal with the Justice Department Tuesday on two counts of willful failure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-brags-americans-can-pay-for-more-expensive-thanksgiving-with-government-handouts\/\" title=\"White House Brags Americans Can Pay for More Expensive Thanksgiving with Government Handouts\">pay federal income tax<\/a> and agreed to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/justice-department-charges-hunter-biden\/\" title=\"Justice Department charges Hunter Biden\">pretrial diversion agreement<\/a> on his gun charge.<\/p>\n<p>Black had been previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2021\/01\/20\/kodak-black-fans-expect-trump-to-grant-rapper-clemency-on-federal-weapons-charges\/\">arrested<\/a> in 2015 on charges of robbery, battery, two counts of false imprisonment of a child under 13 years of age, three counts of false imprisonment of an adult, driving with a suspended license, and possession of marijuana.
