This comes as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/paris-air-show-progress-in-supply-chain-as-jet-orders-rack-up\/\" title=\"Paris air show sees supply chain progress with increasing jet orders.\">event sees bumper orders<\/a> from Indian airlines, eager to capitalize on the rebound in travel since the pandemic. The recovery, however, has been more challenging for suppliers, who are grappling with rising costs, parts shortages, and a scarcity of skilled labor.<\/p>\n<p>These challenges have raised concerns about whether Airbus and Boeing will be able to meet their ambitious goals to ramp up output and meet delivery targets for customers. However, the company stated that the groundings peaked at 10% of the GTF-powered fleet in the first half of this year and are expected to decrease throughout the rest of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Pratt &#038; Whitney President Shane Eddy, who has faced backlash from airlines over durability problems and a shortage of spare engines, expressed optimism about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/consumer-confidence-plunges-to-40-year-low\/\" title=\"Consumer Confidence Plunges to 40-Year Low\">supply chain&#8217;<\/a>s progress. While the company has the capacity to support maintenance demand, it still faces material shortages.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, jetmakers continue to sign new deals.
