Stylz is a transgender-identifying activist and the Executive Director of Black Trans Women, Inc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hopin.com\/events\/professionals-symposium#schedule\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Professionals\u2019 Symposium<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which will take place online July 13-14, is \u201cdesigned for individuals who serve transgender, non-binary, and otherwise gender-expansive youth and\/or their families,\u201d according to Gender Spectrum. will explore topics of gender, race, current events, and ways to help transgender and nonbinary youth access the love, belonging, safety, education, and medical care they deserve.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stylz, who goes by \u201cCritical Hoe Theory\u201d on Twitter, discusses underage oral sex in one <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DiamondStylz\/status\/1669836168345550850?s=20\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tweet thread<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from June 16, which begins, \u201cIf you engage with c******, when was the first time you ate some c******?\u201d One user responded, \u201c8.\u201d Stylz \u201cliked\u201d and retweeted the tweet, responding, \u201cHopefully it was consensual and a peer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stylz responded in another tweet, saying, \u201cme and my same age peer use [sic] to swap oral as kids\u2026 all the way up til puberty then he got awkward and heterosexual and started acting like he didn\u2019t know me lol.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a separate <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DiamondStylz\/status\/1668090545766293506?s=20\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tweet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from June 11, Stylz said, \u201cHow do you respectfully tell your Uber driver you wanna s*** that d*** before you get out of the car when you are only going 4 blocks.\u201d Multiple other recent <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DiamondStylz\/status\/1668188835568574464?s=20\">tweets<\/a> include graphic descriptions of sexual acts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While it isn\u2019t apparent whether Gender Spectrum is paying Stylz for the keynote speech, he is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allamericanspeakers.com\/celebritytalentbios\/Diamond+Stylz\/450920\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">listed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on the All American Speakers website, which indicates his speaking fee is $5,000 to $10,000 for virtual events and $10,000 to $20,000 for in-person events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The upcoming Gender Spectrum conference, which currently has 327 registered attendees as of Tuesday, specifically intends to provide mentorship for those who interact with \u201ctransgender\u201d and \u201cgender expansive\u201d youth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One session, which will be led by a school psychologist, is titled <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cBeyond the Binary: Culturally Responsive Approaches for Supporting BIPOC, Trans and Neurospicy Clients.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> It seeks to \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">help therapists and others to support those who belong to intersecting marginalized communities, such as BIPOC, trans and neurodivergent individuals.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A session called \u201cLeading for Gender Inclusive Schools\u201d will feature a panel of \u201cexperienced educators\u201d as they reflect on the work they\u2019ve done to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cestablish more gender inclusive conditions for all students and supported the unique needs of their transgender and other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/psaki-laments-that-arizona-minors-cant-obtain-transgender-surgeries\/\" title=\"Psaki Laments That Arizona Minors Can\u2019t Obtain Transgender Surgeries\">gender expansive young people<\/a> at the same time.\u201d The session will include Judy Chiasson, the Human Relations, Diversity, and Equity coordinator for Los Angeles Unified School District.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meanwhile, the description for a session called \u201cGender Support Plan\u201d asks, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWhat preparation, training and conditions need to be considered as students and their families make the difficult decision to support a child\u2019s authentic gender in the classroom?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It goes on to explain, \u201cAfter exploring key principles that must be considered when a student shares their gender with their school community, the session will present specific tools and resources for supporting a student to safely and successfully do so.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tandy Aye, the founder and director of Stanford\u2019s Pediatric and Adolescent Gender Clinic, will lead a session \u201cfor those who have experience in supporting youth to affirm their gender.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cProviding Gender Affirming Care Amidst All the Noise\u201d will include an <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201copen conversation about the challenges and opportunities for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rochester-childrens-hospital-offers-gender-transition-services-for-8-year-olds\/\" title=\"Rochester Children\u2019s Hospital Offers Gender Transition Services for 8-Year-Olds\">providing gender affirming care<\/a> to young people in our current context.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another session is titled \u201cThe Advocate Educator: Creating Schools Where Transgender and Non-Binary Students Thrive,\u201d while another is called, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cCaring for Gender-Expansive Youth: One Family\u2019s Journey at the Intersection of Provider, Parent and Patient.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The organization works alongside numerous K-12 educational institutions. A recent <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/private-school-accreditor-hosts-conference-with-organization-that-encourages-child-transgenderism\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from The Daily Wire revealed that Gender Spectrum partnered with the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the country\u2019s largest private school association, to host an \u201cinclusive schools\u201d conference. More than 1,600 nonprofit K-12 private schools in the U.S. are affiliated with the NAIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gender Spectrum hosts <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/genderspectrum.org\/audiences\/educators-and-education-professionals\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">professional development<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> trainings for teachers and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/genderspectrum.org\/articles\/our-clients\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">boasts<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that they\u2019ve worked with a wide range of different education organizations, including the School Superintendent\u2019s Association, the American School Counselors Association, and the Association of Waldorf Schools North America, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gender Spectrum has partnered with surgical sex change clinics to promote sex change operations. One series of online talks hosted by Gender Spectrum discussed vaginoplasties, top surgery, and facial surgery. They also held a talk titled \u201cNavigating a Gender Clinic,\u201d a \u201cguide for parents\/caregivers of gender expansive youth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But GenderSpectrum does more than mentor teachers, mental health providers, and others that interact with \u201ctransgender\u201d and \u201cgender expansive\u201d minors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The organization also communicates directly with young children and hosts a \u201cpre-teen group\u201d for \u201ctrans, non-binary, and gender expansive youth\u201d as young as ten years old.
