She took to Instagram to share updates and photos of her injury with her fans.<\/p>\n<p>In one of the pictures, Bebe&#8217;s eye is visibly swollen and bruised, with a cut just below her brow line. He has been charged with assault, harassment, aggravated harassment, and attempted assault, as reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/bebe-rexha-stitches-hit-cell-phone-1234774163\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rolling Stone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/music\/news\/bebe-rexha-attacker-phone-singer-funny-1235649286\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Variety<\/a>, the attacker claimed he threw the phone as a joke, thinking it would be funny to hit the singer.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the incident, Bebe is still scheduled to perform at the Fillmore in Philadelphia on June 20 as part of her &#8220;Best F\u2019n Night of My Life Tour,&#8221; which concludes in the United States on July 1 with two nights in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>In a similar incident, singer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/skittles-takes-out-full-page-ad-urging-fans-not-to-throw-candy-after-harry-styles-incident\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harry Styles<\/a> was hit in the eye with Skittles candy during a performance in November 2022.
