Amy Klobuchar Introduces Big Tech Antitrust Bill Proposal\">trial date<\/a> for Donald Trump<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 ALX \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@alx) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/alx\/status\/1671140424562384897?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 20, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script type=\"text\/plain\" data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" async data-cmplz-src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script> <\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p><h3>United States District Judge Aileen Cannon Sets Trial Date<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>United States District Judge Aileen Cannon ordered the date to be set for August 14<sup>th<\/sup>, she also ordered the Department of Justice prosecutors and Trump\u2019s lawyers to file all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jury-selection-resumes-in-derek-chauvin-trial-half-chosen\/\" title=\"Jury selection resumes in Derek Chauvin trial, half chosen\">pre-trial motions<\/a> by July 24<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>She has also directed the lawyers that are involved in the case to fill out the federal government document which grants them the proper security clearance in order for them view the documents that are involved with the case.<\/p>\n<p>The new trial date has put the case on a speedy track for both sides with Judge Cannon saying that the proceedings in the case will take place in Fort Pierce, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>However, legal experts said that arguments regarding evidence and what can be debated at trials often <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-trial-fast-tracked\/\" title=\"Trump's trial expedited.\">postpones initial trial dates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump was indicted on 37 counts and has pleaded not guilty to all charges, the indictment also alleged that he had displayed classified documents to people without security clearances. However, he said that in at least one of the two instances, he was holding news article and not documents.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThere was no document,\u201d Trump told Fox News on Monday. \u201cThat was a massive amount of papers talking about Iran and other things.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The co-defendant in the case, Waltine \u201cWalt\u201d Nauta, who is still serving as a personal Assistant to Trump, is also scheduled to arraigned on June 27<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
